00:00There's probably been a few games in the last few months we've thought, is that a missed opportunity?
00:03Today you took the opportunity with both hands didn't you?
00:05Yeah, listen, I think Bolton are a very, very good team and they give us some problems,
00:10especially first half, especially after we scored.
00:14Second half we were much, much better with Harry's pull-off a good save towards the end,
00:20but I think defensively we were better and we needed to be against a good team.
00:25Does that send a message, matching a team like Bolton, a team who are fighting for the play-off places?
00:28We are, we knew we were capable, I've said it all along.
00:32Since Christmas time really, I think we've only lost twice.
00:36We've been in every game, we shouldn't have lost it.
00:38We shouldn't have lost here a couple of weeks ago and we shouldn't have lost at Stockport,
00:42but that's football, it happens, but the consistency and the threat we've got at the top end of the pitch.
00:47Now, we are a threat for any team in this division.
00:50Defensively, we still need to improve, but at the top end we ask a question of all the teams we play against.
00:57Is the message now, make sure today was worthwhile and go again on Tuesday night?
01:01Of course, it was important, it was important because Reading have beat Peterborough, so it was important.
01:05Charlton have done us a turn against Huddersfield and Leighton Orient didn't know how they got on, how did they get on?
01:12They won on Thursday night.
01:13They won on Thursday night, of course they did.
01:14So, look, all to play for, seven big games and we've kept our season alive.
01:20Yes, all you can keep doing is keep putting pressure on those teams above, so you must be delighted with that aspect.
01:25Well, we've always said we're not going to give up on it.
01:27As I've said, of late, we've looked a very, very decent team.
01:31We've only lost two since Christmas and we're into the last month of the season.
01:36We know that we are in the right moments.
01:38When everybody's fit and we've got the competition for places, then we know we're a match for anybody.
01:55Do you and obviously the rest of the squad believe there's a chance to get in there, that you can still do it?
02:13Yes, definitely.
02:14I think you can see that today, the way everyone's worked so hard, closing down, defending together.
02:19I think you can see how much everyone wants it and everyone believes in it still, yes.
02:23Is your squad, in terms of the players who are coming to the end of contracts, on loan, is it too good not to have a late push and not to try and make it?
02:30I think so, yes.
02:31I think when you look back through the season, there's so many games that we've drawn against teams that we've been comfortable with and we've conceded late on, which has cost us, really.
02:41I think points dropped, really.
02:43I don't know, we should really be comfortably in the top six, but yes, the squad's really good and I think we're more than capable of making a late push.
02:50When you look at the way you match a team like Bolton, does the position not tell the full story of just how much potential this team does have?
02:56Yes, exactly.
02:57I think, in general, when we've played the bigger teams this year, we've played really well.
03:02It's been more some of the lower teams where we've dropped points, especially around, I think that's Shrewsbury at home, from the top of my head, where we've conceded late and dropped two points there.
03:12So I think, yes, when we play the big teams, you can see we're more than capable of giving them a game.
