00:00For Rational Subsidy R95, how do you define the mechanism?
00:07Will the owner of the company get a flat rate?
00:11The mechanism is how we do it.
00:14But I don't think the common people are confused.
00:19Because R85 and R90 are not affected.
00:22Whatever mechanism is introduced in the issue of R95,
00:31don't listen to the slander.
00:35Even during fasting, people will get angry.
00:37For example, if we increase the electric bill,
00:40the increase is only for the rich.
00:43It's the same with R95.
00:47Even if we increase it to R85 or R90,
00:51the people won't be affected.
00:54Who will be affected?
00:56Foreigners and rich people.
00:59If we increase it to R50,000 per month,
01:03the people will pay a little.
01:05But in general, it's not affected.
01:07I don't think the people in front of me are affected.
01:10I don't know if there is dark money coming in.
01:14Okay, thank you.
