00:00No lifting of any kind of sanctions until Russia will stop this war.
00:06Everybody understood and understand that Russia for today doesn't want any kind of peace.
00:12That Russia is trying to delay, is playing games and we have to be absolutely clear about that.
00:19Now is not the time for lifting of sanctions.
00:22Quite the contrary, what we discussed is how we can increase sanctions
00:27to support the US initiative to bring Russia to the table through further pressure from this group of countries.
00:35Thank you very much Kir, thank you for your support.
00:38Thanks to France and to Emmanuel for organizing this meeting and leadership of France and UK
00:46of this coalition of Belize.
00:48I think that Kir almost said all the outcomes which are very important for us.
00:54No lifting of any kind of sanctions until Russia will stop this war.
01:01And I think more pressure on it, more packages of sanctions.
01:05This is important.
01:05The second point, as you said Kir, that new packages to France and Ukraine.
01:12And we heard of some of the leaders, new packages where we are thankful to all the leaders.
01:17And we had very, that was very good, 31 countries, a common voice, how to strengthen, how to push Russia.
01:25And everybody, that is crucial.
01:28Everybody understood and understand that Russia for today doesn't want any kind of peace.
01:34That is very important.
01:35And we will work on security guarantees the closest weeks and days.
01:41And I think this is very important, not only for today, to think about our future.
01:50We just had a very constructive meeting of the Coalition of the Willing.
01:55Bigger than we've had before, 30 countries, plus of course NATO and the EU.
02:01And absolutely determined to see peace through strength.
02:06There was absolute clarity that Russia is trying to delay, is playing games.
02:11And we have to be absolutely clear about that.
02:14And that has meant three outcomes.
02:17Firstly, more support for Ukraine to make sure Ukraine is in the strongest possible position,
02:22both now and in further negotiations.
02:26Second, complete clarity that now is not the time for lifting of sanctions.
02:33Quite the contrary.
02:34What we discussed is how we can increase sanctions to support the US initiative
02:39to bring Russia to the table through further pressure from this group of countries.
02:44And of course, we discussed further the plans for reassuring the peace,
02:50the Coalition of the Willing and the military and operational plans,
02:54whether they're on the land, the air or the sea.
02:58But there was very strong support.
03:00What came out most strongly from the meeting was so many countries standing,
03:04as they've stood for over three years now with Ukraine,
03:07standing in this crucial moment for as long as it takes.
03:11Vladimir, you have our support.
03:12You must have felt that in the room.
03:15Our full support for as long as it takes.
03:17Please come into the embassy.
03:18Can Ukraine survive without European troops, sir?
03:28Don't miss out.
