Une année a passé. Nadja, Nandor et Guillermo sont de retour à Staten Island, où ils retrouvent Laszlo, très occupé par l'éducation de bébé Colin. Le manoir est dans un état de délabrement avancé. Pour réunir les fonds nécessaires aux réparations, Nadja ouvre une boîte de nuit pour vampires. Nandor, lui, est en quête d'une épouse et utilise l'aide d'un génie sorti d'une lampe à frotter pour sélectionner l'heureuse élue. Guillermo, qui était déterminé à ne plus se laisser marcher sur les pieds par les vampires, se fait mener par le bout du nez par Nandor. Cette 4e saison a décroché trois nominations aux Emmy Awards 2022, dont celle de Meilleure série télévisée comique.
