00:00I mean, clearly no major breakthrough, as I said before, the question started, but some
00:05small steps and isn't getting to the point that we have a major breakthrough about some
00:10of these mini breakthroughs, collectively paving the way to that sort of broader, perhaps
00:1730 day ceasefire and then a more lasting peace beyond that.
00:20Isn't that what this is all about?
00:21Mini steps?
00:22Yeah, I think that is the strategy.
00:27You know, I'm fully supportive of having some sort of a moratorium on strikes in the
00:33Black Sea to allow for commercial shipping and especially for Ukrainian goods, agricultural
00:39goods to be able to leave Ukrainian ports and go to various destinations around the
00:46world and feed hungry people.
00:48And then, of course, a moratorium on energy strikes would also be very positive.
00:52I don't think, however, that that adds up to something bigger.
00:55So let me tell you why, because I look, the fundamentals of this war have not changed.
01:01Vladimir Putin wants to control Ukraine.
01:04He has always had that aim.
01:06He's been very clear about his objectives and he has not moved one iota from his maximalist
01:11aims.
