00:00I was going to be a Rivals Red, but then I thought I'd be a Rivals Red, so I'm a Rivals
00:29Red, but then I thought, they'll think I'm mean. Thank you. If I were Rivals Red, they
00:34would know that I was being biased, do you know what I mean? I've been so excited to
00:38see you both today. You know how much I love Rivals. Thank you. Did you ever expect people
00:43to fall in love with Freddie and Lizzie as much as they have? No, absolutely not. I think
00:48they were really sweet, lovely characters. I think Lizzie's the moral compass of the
00:52show. But no, I think there were so many outstanding performances in this. I think when the reviewers
00:59do, they fall in love with the characters really, don't they? Because we were really
01:02quite nice and kind, and not fucking people over, they're warm to us. And I think it's
01:10a huge credit to the writing as well, because we were very well served, I think, in terms
01:14of it being little bits in every single episode and growing beautifully. So it meant we could
01:19have lots of time off, and also do some really charged scenes. It's hard to do charged scenes
01:24if you're in it all the time. So I think we had the best of both worlds, basically. But
01:29we're really excited to start filming again with everyone. Yeah, we're not going on the
01:34eve of the second series. So, do you know what? We start in 2023, so the next one comes
01:40out three years later. Can you believe that? I'm three years older. We need to speed it
01:45up. I'm desperate for it already. Listen, I can't wait to start saying I'm in the same
01:48boat as you. I'm really excited about it. We know very little about it, so we're going
01:52to be trying to find out tonight from the writers. We need yous to get together, not
01:56as actors, as the characters. We absolutely need it to happen, guys. I think there's also
02:02something keeping us apart. When we want that. No, I know, I know. I get it. Like I said,
02:09we haven't read anything yet. So we've got a read-through coming up next month. I'm going
02:14to have a word. I'm going to have a word with the writers. Have a word, will you? Listen,
02:17the internet is obsessed with you right now. We're in like a new Danny Dyer era. Are you
02:21aware of this? Everybody just loves you. I don't know what's going on. You're all over
02:25my TikTok and my Instagram. It's just going Danny Dyer. No, I'm having a good one. I've
02:32had really shit ones and all, so I understand it's up and down this game. Danny's worked
02:37so hard for so long, and I think people forget, you know, when somebody succeeds in a soap,
02:43it's testament to their acting ability. There's no actor that can pull off a soap with the
02:47hours they do and the material they film without being the best. So I think it's well-deserved.
02:53I'm absolutely here for it. And are the glasses a tribute to your party porn scene that you
02:57did the other day? Oh, what, on the last one laughing? At the end, it was like that call
03:01message when it come in, and I was like, OK. Well, I'll just say, I'm two weeks younger
03:05and I don't need glasses. I'm two weeks older. Oh shit, you are, yeah. These are my very
03:11focals. He's degrading physically quicker than I am, but that's cool. That's fine. Well,
03:17I cannot wait. Guys, you know how much I love it. I can't wait for season two. What's a
03:21love table? Thank you very much. Thank you for the love.
03:25Elvis. Elvis is in the building. Elvis is here, baby. Let's go. I've got my burger,
03:35I've got my bacon, I'm ready for a good time. It's so nice to meet you. I'm Jodie, and I'm
03:39absolutely obsessed with everything here. Thank you. I mean, how long did this process
03:45take? So this was actually for a show, because obviously on Drag Race I played Elvis, but
03:49then I was like, I want to make an elevated version. And I had this in my head, so I went
03:54to an amazing designer. I've got, all the details are incredible. I've got sizzling
03:58on the back. Stop it. That is gorgeous. I'm obsessed with it. I'm so obsessed with it.
04:04I'm obsessed with it, and I'm obsessed with you. You are a reigning champ of ripples,
04:08right? It's crazy. I mean, does that ever get normal? No, literally not at all. I envisioned
04:16it for so long, but for it to actually happen is just so mind blowing. And everything's
04:21so crazy and fast paced since winning that I feel like I've still barely had a moment
04:25to really let it sink in. So hearing somebody say it still is like, what? But no, I'm just
04:31very grateful my life has changed completely. And now you're here walking carpets like this,
04:35I mean. In the same category as Anton Deck and the Traitors. Could you imagine? Could
04:41you imagine? It's 20 bananas. What happens if you win then? What's the speech? What are
04:46you going to do? Are you going to do a number? Yeah, well actually these trousers reveal
04:50I've got bacon underneath, so I'm just going to rip it off and just have a good time. No,
04:55I don't know. I mean, I guess I'll just, yeah. Elvis will have a good time. We'll do a bit
05:00of a hound dog for them. Oh, I love that. And listen, obviously we're celebrating all
05:04things TV tonight. Why is it important that we continue to do that? Because the TV landscape
05:08is changing, isn't it? Yeah, I mean, TV is everything. It's literally everything. It's
05:12what entertains every single one of us, and especially it's so important. I mean, just
05:17for Drag Race to be nominated, for queer-centric media to be recognised in this category is
05:24just so amazing. I mean, all things TV, always. I'm an actor as well, so I'm literally, I
05:30want to do everything. I want to see everything. I'm such a huge movie buff, TV buff. I'm obsessed.
05:35And how important is it that we have shows like RuPaul's Drag Race UK? Oh my gosh, so
05:40important. So, so important. I mean, I hadn't even started drag when the first season of
05:45RuPaul's Drag Race UK came out, and it was just so incredible to see, and so amazing
05:50and inspirational, and getting to see these queer people's stories and their art, and
05:55them showcasing who they are, like, without anything holding them back, and to be celebrated
06:01on a huge global platform like that, it's just amazing. It's mainstream, primetime television
06:06on BBC Three and iPlayer. That's amazing. That is amazing. I never thought, like, so
06:11many people never thought that we'd see drag or queer art highlighted like that. So, yeah,
06:16I'm just very grateful. Well, sadly, we can't go on together with these suspicious minds,
06:20so I need to let you get on. Good luck. It's so lovely to see you. You smell amazing. Oh,
06:28thank you very much.
06:30Jimmy, it's nice to see you again. Likewise, how you doing?
06:41I mean, look at you. Oh, look, we're kind of matching with the jewels. Oh, look at that,
06:46we are matching. I love that, I love that. Oh, is that an octopus? It's an octopus, yeah,
06:50yeah, yeah, yeah. It's not a rose, but I like that. It's an octopus. Octopus and a rose.
06:54It goes together, it goes together. Do you know, I remember speaking to you, and I think
06:57we ended up on a tangent about star signs the last time. We did. Wait, wait, wait, because
07:01I'm an Aries and we might be. I'm Sagittarius. All right, yes, yes. But I've got my big three
07:06are all fire, so Sagittarius, Sagittarius and Leo. We're fire signs, we're fire signs.
07:11Do you know your other two? They did, they did. No. That's fine. Moon rising, no, I don't
07:19know, no. No. You scream Aries though, is your season on? Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's my
07:24birthday on the 7th of April. Is that a special one? Yeah, I'm 21. Of course you are. Yeah,
07:33I like that, that's a great answer, I love that, that's a great answer. We should actually
07:36get to work and speak about, you know, the fact that you're nominated again, no? Again?
07:41I know, it's, you know what, we are so happy about it. I think, sorry I didn't know, it's
07:46such a unique show and the fact that we are on our fifth season, it's just marvellous.
07:52And what I was saying to some of the other people is that we've not even touched the
07:56sides yet in terms of, like, getting to the nitty gritty of history. There's so much to
08:02share and another thing that I like is that history is not just about the past, it's about
08:06the present. There's a lot of people right now creating history and not just in sport
08:11and entertainment, no, it's about our inventors and, you know, those people that are really
08:16having an impact across the world, let alone our communities. And TV is so important, obviously
08:21me and you are massive fans of TV, but the landscape is changing and it's getting harder
08:25and harder to get people to watch TV. I mean, why are events like this so important?
08:29Oh, events like this are so important because it really acknowledges all the hard work everybody
08:34does to make these great shows and also I think it's important for us to remind ourselves
08:40that, look, we are all doing it, we're all doing the same thing, but let's not take it
08:45for granted, you know, we are very lucky to be in this position. And actually, nights
08:49like this is about inspiration as well, you know, you see other shows and other people
08:54and you're like, I'm really happy for them and actually that spurs me to do better and
08:59to create something else and different.
09:00You're already smart, you've done so many amazing things throughout your career, but
09:04if I could wave a magic wand, what's the dream TV role?
09:08Oh, the dream TV role would be, I think, a UK version of Taken.
09:17Yes!
09:18And I play, you know, the Liam Neeson character.
09:22Why is that not happening?
09:23I'm a certain kind of guy with a certain skill set. So yeah, I need to pitch that, don't I?
09:30Oh my God, that needs to happen.
09:32Alright, alright, you heard it first.
09:33I want to be in it though.
09:34Oh no, exactly.
09:35I'll be Taken and then you need to find me.
09:37You'll be my boss, you'll be my boss.
09:38No, no, I want to be Taken and you, I want you to rescue me. Come on, Jimmy.
09:41Done, done, done, done, it's happening. I'm going to rescue you.
09:44You already rescue me, every time you see it, I see you.
09:47You look amazing, good luck tonight.
09:48Thank you, likewise, you're stunning.
09:49Lovely octopus.
09:50Thank you, I love it.
09:51And I'll see you again and we'll talk about Starside again.
09:53The rose and the octopus will speak again.
09:54Next time, I want you to know your other two.
09:56Yeah, yeah, I'm going to find you later.
09:58Get on the birth chart.
09:59Take care.
10:00Lots of love to you, Jimmy.
10:03Hello.
10:04Hi.
10:05How you doing? I'm Jodie, nice to meet you.
10:07I'm good.
10:08I love your hat.
10:09Thank you, yeah.
10:10I feel like it's staring at me though.
10:11I'm looking at you from other angles.
10:14How you doing?
10:15I'm good, you know, I'm good. It's good to be here.
10:17I've been nominated for Artist before but that was at the start of my TV career.
10:21So it's good to know that we're still doing good things.
10:24Well, I was just speaking to Jimmy about that because he's obviously been nominated before.
10:27I mean, I guess you never take it for granted though, right?
10:30Definitely not.
10:31Definitely not.
10:32I mean, we were nominated for our first season of The Big Eats and didn't get nominated since.
10:36So it feels good to be recognised by the society and hopefully we can win today.
10:41If we don't, on to the next one.
10:43Listen, you've done so many amazing things.
10:45Like, do you ever stop and think, is this actually my life?
10:48Yeah, one million percent.
10:49You can never take it for granted.
10:50And I always just be happy at the moment.
10:52Like, even just being on the carpet, being able to do interviews and stuff.
10:56Like, this is stuff that I see famous people do and I'm like, right, I'm doing it.
10:59So it's alright.
11:00When you're making telly and you're connecting with young people, it's so important because
11:04for now it's really hard to get young people to watch telly.
11:07Yeah, it's not easy.
11:08So you're literally an icon, let's be honest.
11:11Yeah, I mean, telly's transitioning from the old school model to the new way and I'm glad
11:16to be part of that new wave of presenters and doc makers who are making a change.
11:22So I'm glad to be part of it.
11:23And how important is it that, you know, these commissioners and TV commissioners take chances
11:27on people like you?
11:28One million percent.
11:29I mean, the fact that I'm here because of a commissioner, a Dave, saying we're going
11:34to work with you, it's testament to how important it is to work with new talent.
11:40And you know, at first it was called a risk, but then the risk paid off.
11:43It certainly paid off.
11:44It's so nice to see you.
11:45Likewise.
11:46And you'll be watching me.
11:47Nice to see you.
11:50Yeah, I love your outfit.
11:52Oh, thank you so much.
11:53Is it like a two-piece?
11:54It's a two-piece, yeah.
11:56And you keep making sure everything's where it's meant to be.
11:59Story of my life.
12:00Yeah.
12:01Honestly.
12:02It's absolutely stunning.
12:04It's so nice to see you here.
12:05Oh, thank you.
12:06How does it feel to be here being celebrated?
12:08Very special.
12:09RTS is very, it's a very lovely event.
12:12I was here two years ago and yeah, to be in the leading actress category with like two
12:18titans is very, very, very nice.
12:21How do you react when you find out you've been nominated for a role in a role like that?
12:25I was at the dentist when I found out, so I was like, I need to go to the dentist and
12:33then I'll digest this afterwards.
12:36But it was honestly so unexpected.
12:39I wasn't even thinking.
12:41I'd sort of forgotten that like the nominations were coming out, soon to come out, and it
12:46was just really a lovely surprise.
12:48And obviously One Day was so unbelievably popular.
12:53Did you guys ever expect it to become the hit that it became?
12:57You have like some kind of like inclination because like the book was so popular and it's
13:04on Netflix, but yeah, I would never have expected it to get to the level it was pretty much.
13:10Was it like as an actor when you've worked so hard, all the additions, all the sell tapes
13:15to then get a role like that that kind of propels you into this new audience?
13:20I'm still like processing all of it to be honest.
13:24Creatively, it's such a gift and those roles, jobs like that don't come around very often
13:29so I'm aware how lucky I am.
13:32But it's also a double edged sword because now everything has to live up to that experience
13:36which is so incredible in so many ways, creatively and socially and otherwise.
13:43But I'm very grateful for the level it's given me and the people I can meet through it.
13:50You got to film in Edinburgh.
13:52I'm from Glasgow, obviously I'm biased, but what was it like getting to film in Edinburgh?
13:55Edinburgh is the fucking best.
13:57I love it.
13:58It's always held such a special place in my heart.
14:00I started out doing comedy, so I've done several writing fringes and just going back and film
14:05there just before the fringes and be there in the summer again.
14:09It would always hold a really special place in my heart, Edinburgh.
14:12I was at the Fringe last year and just being there after one day of come out was really surreal
14:17because they'd taken on a whole new meaning.
14:20I love Edinburgh.
14:22It's just a really special city to me.
14:24It's a difficult writing city.
14:25I would love to live there for like a year sometimes.
14:28What is next for you then?
14:29What are the kind of roles you'd like to take on next?
14:31Well, I'm doing a play.
14:34It was announced today at the Royal Court.
14:36And that's going to be really challenging and really interesting.
14:39It's so different from what I've done before, but it's really great new writing.
14:43I'll be directed by Josie Rourke, so I'm very, very excited for that.
14:46Amazing.
14:47Well, it's so great to see you at your part tonight.
14:49Thank you so much.
14:50Lovely to meet you.
14:51You're a good one.
14:52Thank you so much.
14:57You look absolutely incredible.
14:59I love the little...
15:00Is that a thistle?
15:01It looks like a thistle on your...
15:02Well, I am half Scottish, darling.
15:04Half Scottish, half Irish.
15:05I never knew this.
15:06No English in me.
15:07Oh, and do you know, we love to see it.
15:10Yes, I have a Scottish mum.
15:11Right.
15:12Aberdeen.
15:14When are we getting you in a Scottish drama?
15:16Well, yeah.
15:17Actually, I've just done a film that was Scottish.
15:20And everyone kept telling me my accent was shit.
15:23So...
15:24I'll be the judge of that.
15:25Maybe not.
15:28I'll watch it.
15:29I will review the page.
15:30I'm sure you are absolutely amazing.
15:32Some people are never happy.
15:33Let's get you nominated again.
15:35As you should be.
15:36You're absolutely incredible.
15:38How does it feel to be nominated for this role?
15:40I'm really proud of this show.
15:42I'm really proud of all the creatives on this show.
15:45We had a really lovely creative time.
15:47And I felt that we did right by Delia,
15:50which was the main thing.
15:52I loved everybody in it.
15:54The crew, the actors, incredible.
15:56The director and producer and all the cast.
15:59I love Kevin.
16:00I love Sean.
16:01I'm really proud of all of us.
16:03So I'm really pleased.
16:04And to be in a category where...
16:06I used to write fan letters to Monica.
16:08So...
16:09I don't know.
16:10Quite creepy ones.
16:12So...
16:13Yes, I'm really pleased.
16:16On that note, we'll not see any more.
16:18It's so nice to see you.
16:19I think you're getting rushed along.
16:20But it's lovely to see you come up.
16:29I was just doing what they told me.
16:30I'm so sorry to blame you.
16:31I'm so sorry.
16:32I love how you're just passing the blame straight away.
16:34I love that.
16:35They said go down there.
16:37I know.
16:38How dare they?
16:39Frankly, how dare they?
16:40I'm Jodie.
16:41I don't think we've ever met, Charlie.
16:42But I know your work very, very well.
16:44Do you?
16:45Black Mirror, of course.
16:46I know you filmed up in Body Scotland.
16:48Season six.
16:49Good, good, good, yes.
16:50Season seven is on the way.
16:51Is on the way.
16:52I am very excited to have a chat to the cast next week.
16:55Good.
16:56Tell me what you can without getting shot.
17:00It's a tricky time because I'm not allowed to give anything away about the show.
17:05What can I say?
17:07We've got...
17:08We've got sort of been back to basics in some ways,
17:11as in it's a very tech-heavy, dystopian-heavy season.
17:15We're doing some things we haven't done before.
17:17We've got a lot of...
17:18We've got a lot of...
17:19We've got a great cast.
17:20We've got a lot of British cast.
17:22People say it's all gone American now.
17:24That's not true.
17:25They just ignore when we've got all these amazing British actors in,
17:27which makes me very cross.
17:29So I just hope people will like it.
17:31I hope people like the show.
17:32You've got my friend Lewis Gribben.
17:34He's in it as well.
17:35He's brilliant, isn't he?
17:36Lewis Gribben, he's great.
17:37Lewis Gribben, Peter Capaldi.
17:39Peter Capaldi?
17:40Peter Capaldi's in it.
17:41Stop the bus.
17:42Why did I feel like I didn't know this?
17:43I can tell you they're in the same episode as well.
17:45Peter Capaldi?
17:47Peter Capaldi.
17:48Oh, Malcolm Tucker and the flesh.
17:50So he's in an episode and Lewis Gribben is also in the same episode.
17:54What was it like watching him work?
17:55Because he's an icon.
17:56He's brilliant.
17:57I've never seen, who doesn't admire Peter Capaldi?
18:00I want to know who that person is and harm them.
18:03But no, he's brilliant.
18:05And he's a really nice bloke as well.
18:06What a laugh you must have had filming with those two, right?
18:08Sorry?
18:09What a laugh you must have had filming that with those two.
18:11Well, you say a laugh because it's not necessarily a funny episode.
18:15Okay.
18:16So there was no banter, is that what you're trying to tell me?
18:18No, there's some funny bits in it, but it's not overall that episode.
18:22It's not exactly what you'd call a laugh riot.
18:25What about Emma Corrin?
18:26I mean, what a force.
18:28Emma is amazing as well.
18:29Emma is amazing.
18:31And it's annoying because I can't tell you anything about the individual episodes
18:36that I'm dying to.
18:38But I think you will see just how amazing Emma is.
18:41And what goes on in your mind to create these series?
18:44Because you're an absolutely phenomenal writer.
18:46But where do you find all this inspiration, Charlie?
18:49I think just looking around.
18:51Do you know what I mean?
18:52I mean, looking around.
18:54Often it pops up when you're not trying to think of something.
18:58You're sort of in conversation.
19:00It's often two ideas kind of going together, and then you stumble into something.
19:05It feels sort of accidental.
19:06So I never quite know how to answer that question of where do your ideas come from
19:10because I don't honestly really know.
19:12It's like they're emailed to me.
19:14So what you're saying is you could be, again, inspiration for our chat right now?
19:18I could be.
19:19I could be your news.
19:20Yeah.
19:21Could be.
19:22But then I'll monetize that episode, right, and it'll be my copyright.
19:26And then it'll get hoovered up by some flipping AI bloody language model,
19:31and I'll be ripped off by that.
19:33I'm available.
19:34Even just to come and watch on the sideline, I'm available.
19:37I'll be there. I'll watch.
19:38I know, but I hope you're going to be there on April the 10th.
19:40I will.
19:41Pressing play, and then press play again, and then log in again and press play again.
19:44I'll be chatting to the cast next week.
19:46I'm supporting them there.
19:47Good, good, good.
19:48It's nice to see you.
19:49Enjoy tonight.
19:50You probably will.
19:51And I'll be looking forward to the inspiration.
19:53Sorry about wandering down there.
19:54I'll let you away with that.
19:56I'll let you away with that.
19:58Nice to see you.
20:01Crompton is a great show on BBC, BBC iPlayer, and BBC Three.
20:06So it's a story kind of like Adrian Mull for the Millennium.
20:11So it's rich with flavour.
20:14It's based on a book by Alex Wheeler, who sadly passed away in the year.
20:19But yeah, it basically deals with all the issues that young teenagers deal with,
20:24but in a fun, colourful, vibrant way.
20:27But the reason I got involved is because it's really important, I think, to tackle these issues.
20:31We've got serious issues with knife crime and gang violence and coercive relationships,
20:37and it really deals with all of those issues in a way that's parentally sound.
20:42And also, if you were a parent and you wanted to have that conversation
20:48or broach that conversation with your teen, Crompton can do that for you.
20:52For me, I lost somebody very close to our family from knife crime,
20:57so I felt like this was something that I could do to be positive,
21:01to also have a social impact.
21:04So it's fun, it's vibrant, but the underlying message is so sound and so credible
21:10and bang on for right now.
21:12And these shows are, you know, highlight important issues,
21:14but they're also a global platform now with materials like Agile Handles as well, right?
21:19Because each story is inebitable.
21:21Exactly. I think these narratives and these stories are so important.
21:25And when writers like Alex Sweetall wrote this story,
21:29it's taken up a story of books, a trilogy of books.
21:32So for me, it's like we've got to tackle it from all aspects and all angles.
21:39We can't just leave it to parents, we can't just leave it to the government.
21:42We've got to have an all-inclusive go at changing things and getting into teenagers.
21:48At that age, for me, it's critical.
21:50Before they get caught up in the criminal justice system,
21:52getting them at the teenage age, being able to then deal with it at that point.
21:58So for me, it was a no-brainer.
22:00Amazing, Kelly. Well, listen, it sounds like you're doing really important work,
22:03but tonight, just enjoy yourself.
22:04I will.
22:05You look gorgeous.
22:06Thank you so much.
22:07It was nice to see you.
22:08Lovely to see you too.
22:09Thanks so much.
22:13Nice to see you.
22:14Hello.
22:15Hello, here you are.
22:16Yeah, hi.
22:17Host for the Moss.
22:18Well, thank you very much.
22:19I'm very excited to be here.
22:20Very difficult to know what to wear, isn't it?
22:22I know.
22:23Well, I feel like you should be backstage on an ice bath because it's boiling out here.
22:26Oh, yeah, it's quite warm, but I like being warm.
22:29Do you?
22:30Oh, yeah.
22:31I like it.
22:32I mean, it's better than being cold, I guess.
22:34Yeah, who wants to be cold?
22:35Yeah, exactly.
22:36I'm like an iguana.
22:38I like to be in a warm environment.
22:40It's like a pre-show retro.
22:41Come out to a boiling blue carpet.
22:43Yeah, exactly.
22:44This is my rider, actually.
22:45I've insisted on all these performers being here.
22:48And so, yes.
22:50So, yeah, but I think it's a nice atmosphere.
22:52Everybody seems in a great mood.
22:54I think as well, it's a brilliant night to celebrate all the amazing talent in this country.
22:59And I think there is so much of it.
23:01So many great storytellers.
23:02So many, you know, people behind the cameras as well.
23:04The writers, directors, editors.
23:06People who make great documentaries.
23:08These are the people we must cherish.
23:10And I think if we're going to have a new generation of those people,
23:14we need to invest in passing on those skills.
23:17In education and in believing in young people coming through the industry.
23:21Giving them an industry that will get the best from them.
23:23Couldn't agree more.
23:24Listen, obviously, the TV landscape is changing.
23:27We're struggling to get young audiences to watch TV.
23:30So why is it important that we have events like this that celebrate what we can make?
23:34I think, you know, people are watching screens.
23:37Of all age groups, people are watching screens.
23:39And they do watch television.
23:40Young people watch television.
23:41I get it with The Apprentice.
23:42Young people come up to me and go,
23:43Oh, you're the bloke from The Apprentice you're fired.
23:45And, you know, they'll watch Bake Off.
23:47They'll watch things.
23:48It's just up to us to keep delivering for them and keep representing them.
23:51And I think we've got the skills to do it.
23:54I just want to make sure that the government and the industry as a whole
23:58is backing young people, new people coming into the industry
24:02and making sure that all the skilled, incredibly talented people we have in this country,
24:07working in this industry, are able to achieve everything that they can.
24:11Amen. And listen, just finally then.
24:13It's going to be funny as well.
24:15What can we expect from you tonight?
24:17Any surprise performances up your sleeve?
24:19Well, actually, yes, I'm going to be performing as Adele.
24:22No, I'm not.
24:24I don't know. We're going to have a bit of a laugh.
24:27I'm quite mean, I think, to the audience.
24:29It's all the people I have to be nice to in my working day usually,
24:32so I'm quite cantankerous with them.
24:34I don't mind telling them to shut up.
24:36Because normally, you know, in my working life,
24:38I have to go to a lot of meetings with them and I have to be like,
24:40oh, yes, great, yes, I'll do that.
24:42Yes, great idea, let's do that.
24:44Tonight I can go, stop talking.
24:46Go and get them, Tiger. I can't wait.
24:48So nice to see you. Thank you so much. Good luck.
24:50Thank you. Enjoy tonight.
24:51Stay cool.
24:52Thank you. I'll try.
25:00Straight ahead.
25:02Amy, straight ahead.
25:07And Amy, straight ahead.
25:14Amy, straight ahead.
25:23Straight ahead.
25:29Straight ahead.
25:42It's so nice to see you again.
25:43So nice to see you.
25:44Sorry, I was just doing a book.
25:46So nice to see you.
25:47This is why we love you.
25:48Just always keeping it real.
25:49Your hair looks amazing.
25:52Do you know what?
25:53Wait, do you mean the colour of it?
25:54Yeah, just everything about it.
25:55The layers, the colour.
25:56It's straight.
25:57I was saying today, I was like,
25:59everyone always wants to put,
26:01they always go, should we put a little bend in it?
26:03Should we put a little bend in it?
26:04On every show, on everything.
26:05They always put waves in it.
26:07And I said, I just want straight hair.
26:11I was with you for The White Lotus.
26:13And you had a dream.
26:15The dream was to become a meme.
26:17And now you've become so many memes.
26:19So many memes.
26:20And Evan Roskatz making those.
26:23He's the meme king.
26:25The episode that came out last night,
26:27or whatever the hell it was, episode six,
26:29I was the majority of the memes that Evan dropped today.
26:33And I was like, I've absolutely made it.
26:36It was so, it's so fun.
26:38Everyone watching it at the same time,
26:40I was just saying it's so much better than The Binge.
26:43Because everyone's at the same stage of the story.
26:46So you get to like, feel like an audience member
26:51because you're going along on the journey with everyone.
26:53And everyone's got a week to dissect what's gone on
26:56and process it.
26:58I think it's just much better than The Binge format
27:00because that's when you get the like theories
27:03and the memes and the like, you know,
27:06people seeing like symbols and metaphors
27:10and coming up with these amazing like, yeah,
27:14like analysis of things.
27:16And then you don't get that with The Binge.
27:19So I think that it felt really like scary
27:21before it came out.
27:22And then once it was with the audience,
27:24it became really fun.
27:25Because that's where the White Lotus belongs,
27:27it's like in the collective.
27:29It's so meant to be for everyone.
27:32So it feels, that weekly thing,
27:35it just feels like a global community kind of vibe,
27:38which is really nice.
27:39Babes, you are loving the meme dream
27:40and I'm loving for you.
27:42I need to let you get on, but you look sensational.
27:44This hair thing.
27:46Cheers, kiss.
27:49I'm so glad you said that
27:50because that was something that came from me today.
27:52Yes.
27:53No way.
27:54No way.
27:55We love to see it.
27:56You look gorgeous, lovely to see you.
