00:00All right. The NFL draft is a month away and you've got the draft odds. So let's start with
00:07the Titans at number one. What are those odds for Cam Ward? And I've said from day one since
00:13early January, Cam Ward is the best quarterback for this draft. It's not even close. He's minus
00:171100 to go to the Titans at number one. Now, other teams have told me they're very open to moving
00:23down. But here's the thing, Scott, when you don't have a franchise quarterback, you're looking for
00:27one. You've got a new front office. Will Levis was not their guy. They didn't draft him. Levis,
00:32by the way, was not a first-round pick. Cam Ward's got to be that guy. I would agree with
00:36those odds. I'll tell you when I don't agree with the odds. I'd agree with that at minus 1100
00:40that he'll go to the Titans at number one. All right. What about the Browns? And Abdul Carter
00:47is the favorite there, right? All right. So you and I last talked about Carter at the Combine
00:52when the story broke that he's got a stress reaction, which is a foot issue where that
00:58could be a precursor to a broken foot. It's real simple. If the Browns are comfortable with the
01:03scans, right, that they don't think this is going to be a big deal, he's going to go at number two.
01:08And I would agree with Carter at plus 600. If they're not, if they're concerned that there's
01:14a long-term issue, they can't go with him. And then Travis Hunter would be that guy.
01:18But those are the three guys. See, I just, Shador Sanders is an interesting guy, and we'll talk
01:24about the Giants in a second. But the bottom line is, if Carter gets cleared medically,
01:30he is going number two to the Browns. Can you imagine having Myles Garrett on one side
01:35and Abdul Carter on the other? And again, it comes down to medical. That'd be a huge pick for,
01:40that'd be a great get for them at number two. Okay. So the said Giants at number three.
01:46All right. So here's where the odds are. Now, again, they hold the pick.
01:52Understand these odds. It's the player who's going to go at number three. Travis Hunter right
01:57now, if you look at the, if you look at that pick right now, Travis Hunter's plus 235,
02:02Sanders is plus 105. Now the Giants hold that pick, and Abdul Carter would be plus 275,
02:07because obviously he's expected to go no worse than number two to the Browns.
02:12To me right now, if it goes Ward and Abdul Carter, it's got to be Travis Hunter. Absolutely
02:18has to be Travis. Well, it doesn't have to be Travis Hunter. Shador Sanders, again,
02:22it's the quarterback. But again, they have to figure out, is the value there? He's plus 105.
02:27He's the favorite. I don't disagree with that. But Travis Hunter is a better football player.
02:32See, when you put together a value board, it's who's the best player available.
02:37Travis Hunter is the best player, but quarterback supersedes any need because
02:41it's the most important position in professional sports, as you well know.
02:46And then the other guy plays two positions, which is crazy when you think about it. Let's talk about
02:51total quarterbacks drafted in the first round.
02:56I love this one. I love this one. It's funny. Craig Mesh and I have been talking about this
02:59for a month on Newswire, and here's the way I see this. The over is two and a half, okay? That's
03:05minus 600. We know it's a lot that two quarterbacks are going to go in there. Could the
03:10Mississippi quarterback go in the first round? Yes. I think it's going to happen.
03:18It's minus 600 for the over, and I would agree with that. The under is plus 425.
03:22It's a quarterback-driven class. You always know. It always happens, Scott.
03:27Three to five quarterbacks go in the first round every year. The over is the play there.
03:31Now, running backs in the first round. This is where it gets fascinating. The over two and a
03:37half is plus 250. It's a lot that two, Hampton, the running back from North Carolina, and Gente,
03:44but after that, there are two that will go in the top 40. I like the kid Henderson who's super
03:50explosive, as one source told me. He's not as big physically as Jameer Gibbs, but he's so explosive.
03:57You pair Travion Henderson, the running back from Ohio State, with a power back, and you've got a
04:03phenomenal one-two punch, but I don't see him right now, Scott, because I don't know that he's a bell
04:08cow back. If you're not a three-down back, if you're not a guy who's going to handle a significant
04:12amount of touches, you're probably not going to go in the first round at the running back position.
04:16The under, by the way, is minus 360 for two and a half running backs. Wide receiver, Scott. This is
04:21a fascinating one. It's not a great receiver class, just like quarterback. It's really not.
04:27The over two and a half wide receiver is minus 300, Scott. It's minus 300. I would agree with
04:33that. I'd say three to four receivers is going to be the number, and here's why. Golden, the receiver
04:40from Texas, ran an incredible 40. He's going to go in the first round. Matthew Golden, who's going
04:45to go somewhere between 20 and 32. He's a guy you and I will be talking about more as we get closer
04:50to the draft, because he's a guy that a lot of people don't talk enough about, but he's an
04:55absolute stud. But again, I like the over minus 300. The under is plus 220. I cannot see just two
05:02receivers. There's no way. Luther Burnrad of Missouri, by the way, will most likely be the
05:07second receiver off the board. He's really, really gifted.
