00:00As we all know, silence equals death.
00:05And what we're hearing right now from our politicians is silence.
00:20Silence is what I'm hearing from the media,
00:22especially when marginalized communities of color,
00:25and especially the trans community,
00:27is heavily affected by gun violence.
00:30Silence is what gun violence in the undocumented community sounds like.
00:34Because the truth of the matter is,
00:36if you live in the undocumented community
00:38and you face gun violence or sexual assault or discrimination,
00:41you're not going to go to the government to fix it.
00:43Because if you go to the government,
00:45you're more likely than not going to be deported.
00:55The only way that we're ever going to be able to work together, though,
01:03is if we can put down our partisan divides
01:05and our divides within each other
01:07and putting each other into different categories.
01:09No matter if you're trans, gay, lesbian, or bi,
01:12we have to work together to solve all of our issues.
01:15Because we are all here to fix issues for each other.
01:18Don't let our politicians divide us.
01:21Don't let ourselves divide us.
01:23We're here to fight with one weapon, and that is love.
