00:00It's a small grain of sand, but it's already good to try to revolutionize and completely change the modes of consumption.
00:13Moje is a brand that aims to enhance traditional African textile craftsmanship while using a maximum of natural materials.
00:20Cotton is organic, it is raw, it is hand-threaded.
00:24There are also banana fibers, raffia fibers and tree bark.
00:29All the dyes that we use in the manufacturing process of our shoes are natural.
00:42We decided to work in a short circuit, so that all the people are paid.
00:47It directly fixes the price, and on top of that, it allows us to offer a more just and reasonable final product.
00:59The raw materials come mainly from 5 countries between West Africa and East Africa, Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Uganda.
01:15The follow-up is done by going directly to the site.
01:17We do 3 to 4 trips a year directly to Africa to meet all these craftsmen.
01:30Beyond all the philosophy that we tried to put in place, we really wanted to have a side that could remain modern and trendy.
01:39And our sneakers have this artistic side, because all these natural fibers, these textile fibers, are from an extremely rich traditional craftsmanship that is lost.
01:49And the models that we offer remain contemporary to really adapt to all styles.
