00:04As Primark, we are very attentive to internal training and over the years we have evolved to constantly adapt our training modules to the concrete needs of our colleagues.
00:17Of course, employees are a priority for us, we strongly believe in the development and internal growth and that is why we offer a wide variety of internal training programs ranging from the classic customer promise aimed at all business colleagues to more focused training modules on the development of leadership and coaching, in particular for our managerial roles.
00:41In Primark, the employee management model is unique and is based on internal development and growth, and we do this in particular through an internal training program called Grow With Us, which aims to accompany our managers towards promotion to managerial roles.
01:02Since the beginning of this program, we have achieved 80% of internal growth and thanks to this path, many managers have also had the opportunity to move to other cities, in particular on the occasion of our new openings.
01:18Thinking about our last opening in order of time, which was that of Salerno, which opened in December 2024, it was the first store where we opened with 100% of managers from other stores, in particular from our growth path, and this is certainly a fact of which we are extremely proud.
01:39In general, it is natural that our priority is to guarantee an excellent service to our customers, but we are aware that the involvement and motivation of our colleagues is essential to do so, and having accessible growth opportunities for everyone is certainly the key to this success.
