00:04A dump truck dumped 13 concrete barriers, 3 plastic barriers, and traffic signage at Edsa-Santolan station earlier this morning.

00:13According to the security guard at the station, the truck ran fast.

00:17The truck driver admitted that he fell asleep while driving.

00:21No one was injured or injured in the incident, according to the authorities.

00:26In total, more than P100,000 worth of government property was destroyed.

00:39A fire broke out in a house in Barangay 193 in Tondo, Manila earlier this morning.
