00:00A few hours ago, I sat down with
00:01President Trump in the diplomatic
00:03room at the White House.
00:04We talked doge, China,
00:06illegal immigration.
00:07He even told us what he sees for
00:09Barron's future.
00:10But we start tonight with the big
00:12news, his conversation with
00:14Vladimir Putin.
00:16Mr. President, thank you so much
00:18for joining us.
00:19We got a readout of your call
00:21with Vladimir Putin, and it was
00:23a fairly optimistic take.
00:25Vladimir Putin agreed to a
00:27cease-fire immediately on energy
00:29and infrastructure, but not
00:32to a 30-day cease-fire.
00:34Tell us what happened.
00:36Well, you have a situation.
00:37We have a lot of guns pointing at
00:39each other, foolishly, because it
00:41would have never happened if I
00:42were president.
00:42That was not a war that was
00:43supposed to happen, and
00:46it did happen.
00:47So that's where we are.
00:48And right now, you have a lot
00:50of guns pointing at each other.
00:51And a cease-fire, without going a
00:53little bit further, would have
00:54been tough.
00:56Russia has the advantage, as you
00:57know.
00:57They have encircled about
01:002,500 soldiers.
01:02They are nicely encircled, and
01:04that's not good.
01:05And we want to get it over with.
01:06Look, we're doing this.
01:07There are no Americans involved.
01:09There could be if you end up in
01:10World War III over this, which
01:12is so ridiculous.
01:13But, you know, strange things
01:15happen.
01:16And I think we had a great call.
01:18It lasted almost two hours.
01:20Talked about a lot of things
01:22toward getting it to peace.
01:23And we talked about other things
01:24also.
01:25Was there non-negotiables
01:26mentioned by Putin?
01:28It was reported that I think the
01:30Kremlin media actually stated
01:31that he demanded an immediate
01:34cessation of aid to Ukraine in
01:37order to get to this
01:39multi-step deal.
01:40No, we didn't talk about aid,
01:41actually.
01:42We didn't talk about aid at all.
01:44We talked about a lot of things,
01:45but aid was never discussed.
01:47In the readout, it also stated
01:49that both sides want to get to
01:51an improved bilateral
01:53relationship, the United States
01:55and Russia.
01:56That's true.
01:57How can we trust that Vladimir
01:58Putin actually wants that,
02:01in that he's not also being
02:03influenced at the same time
02:04by his close friend,
02:06President Xi of China?
02:09Well, look, we have our own
02:10discussions with President Xi of
02:12China, and he wants to get along
02:13also.
02:14And he's looking to get along,
02:15and we're looking to get along
02:16with him.
02:17And we will.
02:18We have a problem of trade
02:19where we have a very big
02:20imbalance with China.
02:22With Russia, we don't have that
02:23much trade, and they'd like to,
02:25and we'd like to also.
02:26They have some very valuable
02:27things for us, including very big
02:29forms of rare earth.
02:31They have a lot of earth.
02:32You know, they have a big chunk
02:34of real estate, the biggest,
02:36actually the biggest in the world
02:37for a country by far.
02:39And on that, they have things
02:41that we could use, frankly,
02:42and that other people could use.
02:44I think that President Xi would
02:47like to get along, and I think
02:48Russia wants to get along with
02:49the United States.
02:50I also think we're a much
02:51different country than we were
02:54just a few months ago.
02:55We're a country that's now
02:56respected.
02:57We were not respected.
02:58We were being laughed at.
02:59We had incompetent leadership.
03:01This was a war, as an example,
03:03that would have never happened
03:04if I were president.
03:04Is part of your desire to forge
03:08this new relationship with Russia
03:10also impacted by Russia's closer
03:13relationship, since you left
03:15office in 2021, with China?
03:18Because I think you talked about
03:19before the desire to box out
03:21China from that part of the world
03:23and have a closer relationship
03:24with Russia.
03:25So, as a student of history,
03:27which I am, and I've watched it
03:29all, the first thing you learn
03:31is you don't want Russia and
03:32China to get together.
03:35With that being said, no, it's
03:36not a big part of it, but maybe
03:38that'll happen, or maybe it
03:39won't.
03:40Obama really forced them
03:42together through energy and bad
03:44energy policies.
03:45And what he did, so many
03:46different things.
03:47He forced a marriage which would
03:49never have taken place.
03:50It was not a natural.
03:52And for one reason, Russia has
03:54tremendous land, a lot of land,
03:56and China doesn't have enough
03:57land.
03:58Russia has a much smaller
03:59population than China.
04:01And it's sort of a natural — it
04:02was always a natural enemy
04:04situation.
04:06They're probably friendly now,
04:08but we're going to be friendly
04:09with both.
04:10I think we're going to be
04:11friendly with both.
04:12China needs us in terms of trade
04:14very badly, but we have to
04:17straighten out the deficit.
04:18We have now more than a trillion
04:20dollar deficit with China.
04:22It's not even believable.
04:24And we're going to be doing
04:25something about that.
04:26And with Russia, they would like
04:29to have some of our economic
04:32power.
04:34The criticism that you've heard
04:35since really 2015 is that you
04:38have more in common with
04:40Vladimir Putin than you do with
04:42globalist leaders, maybe some
04:43NATO leaders, and in this case
04:45with Zelensky.
04:47You're both nationalists.
04:49Zelensky's more of a globalist.
04:51How do you respond to that
04:52criticism?
04:53Well, I am a nationalist, but
04:54I'm a nationalist for the United
04:56States, not for anybody else.
04:59And it's interesting because
05:00there's nobody been tougher on
05:02Russia than me.
05:02I'm the one that pointed out
05:04Nord Stream 2, and I stopped it.
05:05Nord Stream's the biggest
05:06pipeline, I guess, in the world,
05:08taking care of all of Europe.
05:10And it was being built before I
05:12got there.
05:14And somehow they were on the way.
05:17It was going to be — and I
05:18stopped it.
05:18It was just stone-cold dead.
05:21I stopped it in its tracks.
05:23That's not somebody that's being
05:24particularly — it was the
05:25biggest project they ever had.
05:27I had it stopped.
05:28When Biden got in, he
05:29immediately approved it.
05:30Like, immediately.
05:31One of the first things he did
05:32in office was he approved
05:33Nord Stream 2.
05:35Nobody ever heard of Nord Stream
05:36until I was president.
05:38I said, what are you doing?
05:39You mean, you're building a
05:40pipeline to Germany and various
05:42places in Europe.
05:44You're paying them billions of
05:45dollars a month, and then we're
05:47paying a lot of money to fight
05:49them.
05:50This does not — this is not
05:51going to work out well.
05:52And it stopped.
05:53And then Biden approved it,
05:55which was a really stupid thing
05:58to do, but he did it.
06:00And Putin actually said to me,
06:01if you're my friend, I'd hate
06:03to see you as my enemy.
06:05He said that very strongly.
06:07But I had — with all of that,
06:08I had a very good relationship
06:10with Putin.
06:10I had a very good relationship
06:12with President Xi, a very good
06:14relationship with Kim Jong-un of
06:16North Korea.
06:18Lots of good relationships.
06:20And that's a positive thing.
06:21That's not a negative thing.
06:23But at the same time, I'm about
06:25our country.
06:26So that's why we're talking
06:27about tariffs.
06:28We'll be taking in trillions of
06:29dollars to our country.
06:30I want to get to the tariffs in
06:31a minute because we're going to
06:33first hit the other big news of
06:34the day, which was the chief
06:35justice of the Supreme Court
06:37issued what a rare statement
06:40about your suggestion on truth
06:42that you posted earlier today
06:44that Judge James Bozberg should
06:46be impeached after he ordered
06:48those deportation flights to El
06:50Salvador halted, essentially
06:52turned around.
06:54The chief justice said, more
06:55than two centuries, we
06:57understood that essentially
06:59impeachment was for very rare
07:01circumstances and not an
07:03appropriate response to rulings
07:04you disagree with.
07:06What's your reaction to the
07:07courts stepping in to make a
07:10statement here?
07:10They didn't make a statement
07:11when Joe Biden, you know,
07:13decided to forgive all those
07:14student loans.
07:15Well, he didn't mention my name
07:16in the statement.
07:17I just saw it quickly.
07:18He didn't mention my name.
07:19But many people have called for
07:20his impeachment, the impeachment
07:22of this judge.
07:23I don't know who the judge is,
07:24but he's radical left.
07:25He was Obama appointed.
07:27And he actually said we
07:29shouldn't be able to take
07:31criminals, killers, murderers,
07:32horrible, the worst people, gang
07:34members, gang leaders, that we
07:36shouldn't be allowed to take
07:37them out of our country.
07:39Well, that's a presidential job.
07:40That's not for a local judge to
07:42be making that determination.
07:44And I thought it was terrible.
07:45In fact, he said when they were
07:48well on their way, there was an
07:50order issued, as I understand
07:52it, to bring them back or to not
07:54let them go or something.
07:56And this is not something that
07:58the country would stand for.
07:59These people, they were let in
08:01here by an incompetent president
08:04who had open borders, and anybody
08:06throughout the world could come
08:08in.
08:08And we were given murderers.
08:10We were given people from mental
08:12institutions and prisons.
08:14But the judge is essentially
08:15saying, excuse me, Mr. President,
08:16that there still is
08:17a process in place.
08:20You can read between the lines.
08:21It hasn't been a full ruling yet.
08:22I know your Justice Department
08:24is appealing this on a couple of
08:25different grounds, but this is
08:28leading people to wonder whether
08:30there are court orders that you
08:32will defy because you believe
08:33that the judge has no
08:34jurisdiction or there are
08:36political questions and not
08:37justiciable at all.
08:39And what would you say to that?
08:40Are there circumstances where
08:42you would defy a court order?
08:43Well, I think that, number one,
08:45nobody's been through more courts
08:47than I have.
08:48I think nobody knows the courts
08:49any better than I have.
08:50I would say the chief judge does,
08:53but nobody knows them better than
08:54I have.
08:55And what they've done to me,
08:57I've had the worst judges.
08:59I've had crooked judges.
09:00I have judges that valued
09:03Mar-a-Lago at $18 million
09:05because that benefited his case,
09:06because he wanted to see me
09:08convicted of something.
09:09I have judges that were —
09:12had relatives making millions
09:15and millions of dollars
09:16on the election,
09:18ruling on the election.
09:19But going forward, would you?
09:20I had judges that were so corrupt.
09:21Would you defy a court order?
09:23We all know that, and that was out.
09:24I never did defy a court order.
09:26And you wouldn't in the future?
09:27No, you can't do that.
09:28However, we have bad judges.
09:30We have very bad judges,
09:31and these are judges
09:33that shouldn't be allowed.
09:34I think they — I think,
09:35at a certain point,
09:36you have to start looking at,
09:37what do you do when you have
09:38a rogue judge?
09:39The judge that we're talking
09:41about, he's — you look
09:42at his other rulings.
09:43I mean, ruling's unrelated.
09:46But having to do with me,
09:48he's a lunatic.
09:51He wants details of when flights
09:53departed and trying to —
09:55I guess they seem to be trying
09:56to lay the predicate
09:57for your administration
10:00having defied a court order.
10:02Now, you all have said
10:03you haven't given specific times,
10:05and you filed a motion in court,
10:06your Justice Department,
10:07to prevent any more information
10:09getting out about specific times
10:11of flights.
10:11So that seems to be
10:13where this is going.
10:14Do you have faith
10:15that the Supreme Court
10:16ultimately will rule your —
10:18in your favor in this case?
10:19I do, because the job
10:21of getting people out
10:23of our country that are
10:23murderers, that are absolutely
10:26the worst people,
10:27the drug lords that are causing
10:28such problems in this country —
10:30you know, drug lords came
10:31in, the biggest of them.
10:33They left other countries
10:34to come in here.
10:34They came through an open border.
10:36They're making millions
10:37of dollars destroying people's
10:38lives, killing people.
10:40And that's a presidential thing.
10:42We're supposed to be
10:43getting them out
10:44or getting them brought to justice.
10:47We had a judge —
10:48I would call him a rogue judge.
10:49You can call him whatever you want.
10:51I know nothing about him.
10:52I heard about this very late
10:55in the process, and I said,
10:57that's a strange order.
10:58You have local judges,
11:00local federal judges,
11:01local judges, period,
11:02and DAs and prosecutors,
11:05DAs, state attorney generals,
11:07attorney generals,
11:09that want to really take over.
11:11I think some of it's
11:12for the publicity.
11:13They love the publicity.
11:14All of a sudden, they're
11:15on the front page
11:15of every newspaper,
11:16but they have no right to be.
11:18When we come back,
11:19President Trump reacts
11:20to the latest Doge News,
11:22and it's a court ruling.
11:23More of my interview
11:24with the president next.
11:28Now, more of my interview
11:30with President Trump.
11:32Moving on to Doge,
11:34Judge Theodore Chuang
11:35is a federal district court
11:36judge in Maryland,
11:38has ruled against
11:39the Trump administration's
11:41efforts, Mr. President,
11:42to shut down USAID,
11:45ordering the government
11:47on an accelerated basis
11:49to basically reinstate
11:51the agency's statutory
11:53functions.
11:54Your reaction to this
11:55development?
11:56Look at the fraud
11:57that we've caught.
11:58We've caught so much fraud,
12:00so much waste,
12:01so many employees
12:02that never showed up to work,
12:04and we have a judge
12:05from a very liberal state
12:07who ruled like that.
12:09So bad for our country.
12:10So I guess they closed
12:11the department.
12:12They're going to have to
12:12reopen the department.
12:13Well, we'll be appealing it,
12:14I guess.
12:15Not I guess.
12:16I guarantee you.
12:16We will be appealing it.
12:18We have rogue judges
12:19that are destroying our country.
12:21Well, do you believe that
12:23at this point,
12:24given the totality
12:25of these lawsuits,
12:26it's a cavalcade of lawsuits,
12:28that your administration
12:30could be further hampered,
12:32your agenda could be slowed down.
12:34They're throwing monkey wrenches
12:36at you with these judicial rulings.
12:37Well, we have to go through
12:38an appellate process.
12:39That takes a long time.
12:41We have a judge that...
12:42Do you have time?
12:43We have a judge...
12:44That's the point.
12:45We have time.
12:46We're going to be making
12:47a lot of money because of tariffs.
12:48The good news is we've got it on.
12:50We're going to very soon
12:51be on an even keel.
12:53We're going to be taking
12:53a lot of money.
12:55The Trump card, the gold card,
12:56whatever they want to call it,
12:57it's OK with me.
12:58Whatever is going to sell better
12:59is fine with me.
13:00It'd be nice to get a piece,
13:01but I don't get a piece.
13:02OK, I get nothing out of it.
13:04All I do is want to make
13:05this country successful again.
13:07We're taking in tremendous
13:08amounts of money.
13:09We have car companies
13:11that are building here who,
13:12six months ago,
13:13were going to build in Mexico.
13:14Massive plants.
13:15They're building them
13:16in the United States.
13:17We have Honda is going to Indiana.
13:19We have them opening up in Michigan.
13:22It's amazing what's happening.
13:24But judges, for federal judges,
13:26district court judges,
13:28to order a sitting president
13:31to reinstate fired employees,
13:34you're the chief executive officer
13:36of the United States.
13:37You order that these agencies
13:39be reviewed.
13:40You have employees,
13:41many of whom didn't even
13:42report to work,
13:43many of whom were scamming
13:45this country.
13:46And you see the same thing.
13:48I could read them off,
13:49and I did during various speeches.
13:51I read off deal after deal
13:54after deal, all big scams.
13:56And we have a guy that wants
13:57to make a name for himself.
13:58You know, in many cases,
13:59they're just grandstanders.
14:00They want to make a name
14:01for themselves.
14:02So we'll appeal it,
14:04and hopefully we will meet
14:05with reasonable appeals.
14:06You know, I've won great cases
14:08on appeals.
14:10Maybe people weren't fired.
14:11Maybe they were temporarily
14:12put on suspended.
14:13So we'll see how this plays out.
14:15But he's very unhappy
14:17with what happened at USAID.
14:19Well, he shouldn't be.
14:20You know what he should do?
14:21He should really look
14:23at where the money went.
14:24They don't ever want to do that.
14:26You know, the Democrats
14:27always talk about,
14:27oh, our Constitution's
14:28been violated.
14:30The one thing they never talk
14:31about is, where did these
14:33billions of dollars go?
14:34They never want to look.
14:35Because when you see
14:36where the money went
14:37and the scams, you don't even
14:39have to see anything.
14:40Just look at the heading
14:42and the scam that they've
14:44created.
14:45And a judge like him will never
14:46look at that.
14:47They'll just say, oh, you want
14:48to — it sounds so nice.
14:49USAID, isn't that beautiful?
14:52But it's a whole big scam,
14:54Laura.
14:55And a judge like that
14:57is so bad for our country.
14:59Well, it'll be interesting
14:59to see whether you're able
15:00to shrink the size
15:01of this government.
15:02Every Republican president
15:03has claimed a desire to.
15:04Even Obama said,
15:05we have to find ways,
15:06fraud, and abuse.
15:07But you're actually doing it,
15:08and the judges are trying
15:09to stop you.
15:09We're doing — by the way,
15:10we're doing it at levels
15:11never seen before.
15:12Lunatics are setting fire
15:13to Teslas all across
15:15the country.
15:15Another horrible incident
15:17happened in Las Vegas last
15:19night.
15:20The FBI is on the scene
15:21investigating.
15:22And there is an ongoing
15:23investigation being led
15:25by Pam Bondi.
15:27In what you've seen so far,
15:30do you consider what's
15:32happening an act
15:33of domestic political
15:34terrorism against one
15:36of your allies?
15:37So, Elon is a patriot.
15:39And again, I hardly knew Elon
15:41until the, you know, election.
15:44And he turned out that he liked
15:45me better than he liked
15:46these radical lunatics
15:47that we're — better than
15:48Kamala, better than Joe,
15:51you know, because he's
15:52an intelligent person.
15:53He liked — and he backed me,
15:54and he went.
15:55And he got very much involved.
15:56He thought — he actually
15:58would go around saying,
15:58if Trump doesn't win,
15:59our country is over.
16:00But do you consider this
16:01an act of domestic terrorism?
16:03Sure, sure. I think so.
16:04Why?
16:04I think that if and when
16:06they catch the people —
16:07and I hope they do —
16:08the good thing is,
16:08they have a lot of cameras
16:09in those places.
16:11And they've caught some
16:11already having to do with that.
16:13I think that you will find out
16:15that they're paid by people
16:16that are very highly
16:17political on the left.
16:18Meanwhile, it's because
16:19of Elon Musk.
16:20Everything he did with SpaceX
16:22that those astronauts
16:24stranded for nine months,
16:25they're finally coming home.
16:26Mr. President, your reaction
16:28to what's unfolding?
16:29So, when I came in office,
16:30I said, Elon, we got to
16:31get them out.
16:32You have a rocket ship handy?
16:34How many people have a rocket?
16:36And Biden left them up.
16:37He abandoned them.
16:39You know, we could have done
16:40this sooner,
16:41but Biden didn't want to
16:42because he was embarrassed
16:43by what happened.
16:44So, they were up there.
16:45They were supposed to be there
16:46for a few days.
16:46They were there for many months.
16:49And now they're coming back.
16:52But think of it.
16:52Elon's able to do that
16:54with his genius.
16:55And you have people that hate it.
16:59And I really believe
16:59these are people
17:00that hate our country.
17:02It's a big problem.
17:03But, you know, they don't —
17:04there aren't so many of them.
17:06There are many more
17:06that love our country.
17:08And they love our country
17:09now more than they have
17:10maybe ever in their lives.
17:11There's never been a movement
17:12like MAGA, like America First,
17:14call it whatever you want
17:15to call it.
17:16This is the greatest movement
17:18in the history of politics.
17:19What's the next stop
17:20for the astronauts?
17:21Are they going to be coming
17:21to the White House?
17:22No, they're going to —
17:22number one, they have
17:23to get better.
17:23You know, when you're up there
17:25and you have no —
17:26no pull in your muscle,
17:27you have no gravity,
17:28you can lift 1,000 pounds
17:29like this,
17:32they have to get —
17:33they have to get better.
17:34It's going to be a little bit
17:35tough for them.
17:36It's not easy.
17:36You know, they're up
17:37for a long time.
17:38And when they do,
17:39they'll come to the Oval Office.
17:42Now more of my interview
17:43with President Trump.
17:46They have a $60 billion
17:47trade deficit.
17:47China has like a $300 billion
17:49last year.
17:50You said it goes up to when
17:51you add it all up,
17:52it's a trillion.
17:52Way over 100, Canada.
17:54And here's my problem
17:54with Canada.
17:56Canada was meant to be
17:58the 51st state
17:59because we subsidized Canada
18:01by $200 billion a year.
18:04We don't need their cars.
18:06We don't need their lumber.
18:07We have a lot of lumber.
18:09We got — we freed it up,
18:10as you know, last week.
18:11We're freeing it up
18:12so that you can actually
18:13cut down a tree without being,
18:15you know, given the death penalty
18:17because what these —
18:18what these radical
18:20environmentalists
18:20have done to our country.
18:22But we freed it up.
18:23But we don't need their lumber.
18:25We don't need their energy.
18:26We don't need anything.
18:27We certainly don't want
18:28their automobiles.
18:29They make a lot of —
18:31millions of automobiles
18:32are sent in.
18:33I'd rather have them made
18:34in Michigan.
18:35I'd rather have them made
18:36in South Carolina
18:37or any one of our —
18:38But you're tougher with Canada
18:39than you are with some —
18:40Only because —
18:41— of our biggest adversaries.
18:42Only because it's meant to be
18:43our 51st state.
18:44OK, but —
18:45No, no, but listen to this
18:46for a second.
18:47We need their territory.
18:47They have territorial advantage.
18:49We're not going to let them
18:50get close to China.
18:51Look, I deal with every country,
18:53indirectly or directly.
18:55One of the nastiest countries
18:56to deal with is Canada.
18:58The people that —
18:59Now, this was Trudeau.
19:01The people that —
19:02good old Justin.
19:03I call him Governor Trudeau.
19:06He was —
19:07his people were nasty.
19:09And they weren't telling
19:10the truth.
19:11They never told the truth.
19:12You know that —
19:13you know, they'd say,
19:14well, we don't charge.
19:15Well, they do.
19:16They charge tremendous.
19:17They charge tremendous.
19:18And if you look at dairy products,
19:20what they've done to our farmers —
19:22I'd go up to Iowa.
19:23I'd go up to different places —
19:24Nebraska.
19:25And they would always complain
19:26about Canada,
19:27how they get ripped off.
19:28Do you know that Canada
19:29has a 250 percent tariff?
19:32Two hundred and fifty.
19:32Nobody knows that.
19:34They charge us numbers
19:35that are crazy.
19:36But we have a very big deficit
19:38with Canada.
19:39And there's no reason —
19:41much more.
19:41We have much more.
19:43I don't think so.
19:43Just so you understand,
19:44we subsidize Canada.
19:45And I like Canada.
19:46I love Canada.
19:47I love Wayne Gretzky.
19:49I love his wife.
19:49The Liberal Party is going to win
19:51now in the next election,
19:52most likely.
19:53And they were down and out.
19:55Isn't that going to make them
19:57more hostile to us
19:58and possibly —
19:58No, I'd rather deal with a liberal
20:00than a conservative.
20:00— for China, closer to Canada.
20:02And that would really put us
20:03in a bind.
20:04The conservative that's running
20:06is stupidly no friend of mine.
20:08I don't know him,
20:08but he said negative things.
20:09So when he says negative things,
20:11I couldn't care less.
20:12I think it's easier to deal,
20:13actually, with a liberal.
20:16And maybe they're going to win,
20:17but I don't really care.
20:18It doesn't matter to me at all.
20:19So your endgame is what with them?
20:21My endgame is I don't want
20:23to have a big deficit.
20:25I don't want to see
20:26the United States of America
20:28— and you say 60, and I say 200,
20:30but it doesn't matter —
20:31I don't want us to pay 60
20:32or $200 billion to a country
20:35that, if they were a state —
20:37think of this.
20:38It would be our biggest,
20:39most beautiful.
20:40It would be great.
20:42This state, it would be cherished.
20:44We'd take care of it.
20:44The people would pay half
20:46what they're paying right now.
20:48You know, Canada pays very little
20:49for defense.
20:51They think we're going to defend them.
20:52They protect them.
20:53What?
20:54We protect them.
20:55We protect them.
20:56We protect them.
20:57Do you know, in NATO,
20:58they pay less than anybody else.
21:00In everything else, they go,
21:02we bought — we're in the process
21:04of buying 48 icebreakers.
21:05All of a sudden, I see Canada's
21:07involved, where they're going
21:07to get a piece of them.
21:09I say, what are they paying?
21:10So I got tired of it.
21:12Here's the story.
21:14I've — I had one of the most
21:15successful economies —
21:16I had the most successful economy
21:18in the history of our country
21:19in my first four years.
21:21We did a great job.
21:23Largest tax cuts ever.
21:25Largest everything.
21:26We had right to try,
21:27where people were able to use
21:28drugs.
21:29Stupidly, for many years,
21:30they weren't able to use,
21:31you know, the far-reaching drugs
21:33because they weren't approved yet.
21:35Somebody's terminally ill.
21:36They couldn't do it with me.
21:37They can do it.
21:39We did so many things.
21:40We rebuilt our military.
21:41Canada doesn't pay for military.
21:43They don't give any —
21:44they give us nothing.
21:45And they are the worst people
21:47to negotiate with of everybody.
21:49They had the worst —
21:50You got them with USMCA.
21:51You finally got them around
21:52the edge on that, though.
21:53You got them —
21:53No, I got them there.
21:54And USMCA is good,
21:55but they cheat.
21:56You know, an agreement's good,
21:57but they cheat.
21:58And Mexico cheats also.
21:59But China cheated on your 2019 —
22:01Can I tell you what?
22:02Phase one, they totally cheated
22:04and dropped it with Biden.
22:05You had a great deal.
22:06When Biden took over,
22:07he didn't push them.
22:08I would call up once every two weeks
22:11saying, you're not living up
22:12to the agreement,
22:13and they'd buy more corn,
22:14more this.
22:15So the most we ever did
22:16was $15 billion with China,
22:19the farmers and everything,
22:20and manufacturing.
22:22I had them up to $50 billion,
22:23and they were doing it.
22:25When Biden got in,
22:26do you think Biden called up
22:27President Xi and said,
22:28you're screwing us?
