Erik and Lyle Menendez's family members held another rally to support the incarcerated brothers ... and, it touched on many of the same points they've been making in recent months -- and provided another forum to challenge District Attorney Nathan Hochman.

00:00It means the world to me, to our family, and to every single person who believes in fairness,
00:08justice, and rehabilitation.
00:11We are gathered here today because truth matters.
00:16Because survivors of abuse deserve to be heard.
00:20Because accountability should not be weaponized to deny people the second chance they've worked
00:26so hard for.
00:29Today we stand together.
00:31Not just for Eric and Lyle, but for every person who has been silenced, for every person
00:38who has fought to be believed, and for every person who has been told that the worst thing
00:43they ever did defines them forever.
00:48We have advocates from Anti-Recidivism Coalition, Latino Justice, and Healing Dialogue and Action
00:55with us here today.
00:57People who understand this system firsthand.
01:01Who know what true habilitation looks like.
01:05These are individuals who have lived this fight, have gone before the parole board,
01:11who have been granted a second chance and have done so much good with it.
01:15We are honored to have them standing with us.
01:20We are also here as a family.
01:23A family that has suffered.
01:25A family that has endured, but a family that has also seen Eric and Lyle take full accountability
01:30for their actions.
01:32And a family that has forgiven and is ready to heal.
01:37The district attorney might not care about that.
01:41But he will hear us today.
01:44So I want to thank you all again for standing with us.
01:47I want to thank the incredible speakers who will be sharing their perspectives.
01:52And I want to make one thing very clear.
01:56We are not going anywhere.
01:58We will not stop fighting.
02:01We will not stop fighting for Eric and Lyle, for justice, and for the truth.
