00:28Young men are suffering.

00:32They're feeling isolated,

00:34they're grappling with their masculinity

00:37and with their broader place in society.

00:40As real world communities and mentorship declines,

00:44young men end up withdrawing,

00:47reluctant to talk or express their emotions.

00:51They spend more time online searching for direction

00:55and are falling into unhealthy alternatives

00:58like gaming, gambling and pornography.

01:02We need leaders to set the right tone,

01:05to be the role models we want for our young men.

01:10We have to show young men

01:12that character is more important than status,

01:16that how you treat others is more important

01:19than how much money you make,

01:22that values matter,

01:24courage, humility and integrity

01:29over selfishness, greed, arrogance.

01:35The culture we create today

01:38will shape the kind of men that we inherit tomorrow.
