00:00We are giving incentives for people to migrate into electric cars,
00:10except we will stop giving incentives, financial incentives, to buy Tesla.
00:18So that we have, a decision has been made in there.
00:22But then there are other electric cars around.
00:24And as to how long it might take, we would like to reduce our greenhouse gas emission,
00:32our carbon footprint, as quickly as possible.
00:35But we can always look at whether the deadline makes sense or not.
00:39And we have certainly said that if you want to buy Tesla, go ahead,
00:43but don't count on taxpayer money to subsidize it.
00:48U.S.-based suppliers will no longer be able to bid on city contracts.
00:58Businesses who have been most impacted by U.S. tariff must be supported.
