00:00This is the sign of the glory of Ramadan.
00:04This is the sign of the glory of Ramadan.
00:09This is the sign of the glory of Ramadan.
00:14Welcome, viewers.
00:15This is your segment, Your Problems and Their Solutions.
00:18Mufti Hassan Naveed Niazi, please come forward.
00:20We will answer your questions, God willing.
00:22We will also include the callers.
00:24You can see the live telephone numbers.
00:27You can call us using those numbers and ask questions within 2-3 minutes.
00:31I will take more questions and then answer them.
00:33We have had enough questions.
00:34Assalamu Alaikum.
00:36Wa Alaikum Assalam.
00:37What is your question?
00:39My question is, what is the difference between Hasb-e-Allah and Hasb-ul-Allah?
00:46Hasb-e-Allah and Hasb-ul-Allah, we will tell you.
00:48We have one more caller with us.
00:49Assalamu Alaikum.
00:51Assalamu Alaikum.
00:54We will move on to the answers.
00:55Mufti Sahib, please bring your mic closer.
00:58In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
00:59Peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Beloved, Muhammad and his family.
01:02A sister has asked, my husband is very short-tempered.
01:05He keeps saying that I should get a divorce.
01:07What should I do?
01:08The first thing is that I will tell my husband not to do that.
01:11The environment of the house should be good.
01:12You should not say things like that.
01:15You should not say divorce or divorce.
01:17You should stay in love with each other.
01:19And I will also tell my sister that when she knows that her husband is short-tempered,
01:22then she should avoid doing things that will make him angry.
01:26She should maintain the environment of the house.
01:27In any case, there is no permission to go towards divorce or divorce.
01:30You should not talk about divorce or divorce without permission.
01:33Absolutely right.
01:33The second thing is that the sister asked a question.
01:35She sent iftari to the neighbour, but he returned it because he was upset.
01:39What should I do?
01:40If he returned it because he was upset,
01:42then he should not have returned it.
01:44This is not a good thing.
01:45But when you know that he is upset to such an extent
01:48that he returned your iftari items,
01:50then you should remove the reason for being upset.
01:52As you said, the pot was full.
01:54So, you should remove the reason for being upset and apologize to him.
01:57And by apologizing or asking for forgiveness,
01:59the person does not become short-tempered.
02:01This increases the respect of the person.
02:03And in the society, peace and harmony are given priority to this.
02:06Absolutely right.
02:06Then a sister asked a question.
02:08Since when do we sit in itikaf?
02:10Will we sit on the 20th fast or on the 19th fast?
02:14The beginning of itikaf is after the sunset of the 20th fast.
02:18So, before the sunset of the 20th fast,
02:21the believer should sit in his place of itikaf.
02:24If a man is in the mosque,
02:26and if a woman is in the mosque of bai'at,
02:28the place of itikaf for a woman is the mosque of bai'at.
02:30That is, a place in the house where she offers her prayers.
02:34That place is called the mosque of bai'at.
02:38So, before the sunset of the 20th fast,
02:41sit in that place and your itikaf will begin.
02:44Whether it is the 30th or the 29th fast,
02:46it will be a part of your sunnah.
02:48Then a brother asked a question.
02:50How is tayammum done and is istinja included in it or not?
02:54It is a very easy way to do tayammum.
02:55When there is no nature on the water,
02:57and tayammum is allowed,
02:59the method is that you have to make an intention of doing tayammum.
03:02And after that, you have to hit both your hands on the ground,
03:05or something that is of the type of the ground.
03:08Hit it and wipe your hands.
03:09Then you have to turn your hands on your face once.
03:11Then you have to hit your hands again.
03:13If there is dirt on your hands, then wipe it.
03:15If there is no dirt, then you don't have to wipe it.
03:17First turn your hands, including your arms.
03:21And you have to shake your fingers.
03:22Then turn your left hand, including your fingers.
03:25And you have to shake it as well.
03:26You don't have to wash your feet in this.
03:28Like in wudu, you wash your feet.
03:30In tayammum, there is no foot massage.
03:32There is no head massage.
03:34There is no foot massage.
03:35In tayammum, there is only the head massage.
03:36And there is a massage of hands and elbows.
03:38If you have done this with intention,
03:40then your tayammum has been performed.
03:43As far as the foot massage is concerned,
03:44it has nothing to do with wudu or tayammum.
03:48If you are used to doing wudu or tayammum before wudu,
03:52then you can do it before wudu or tayammum.
03:55But some people think that
03:57until you do wudu or tayammum before wudu,
04:00you can't do wudu.
04:01This is not correct.
04:02Wudu or tayammum has nothing to do with wudu or tayammum.
04:06I am including a caller.
04:07Peace be upon you.
04:09Yes, what is your question?
04:11What is your question?
04:12Brother, I am Suhail speaking.
04:14Yes, what is your question, sister?
04:15They say that if the husband doesn't tell you to pray,
04:19then you can pray.
04:20No, what do you mean?
04:21Husband doesn't tell you to pray.
04:23Husband forbids you to pray.
04:25Yes, husband says don't pray.
04:27I am your God.
04:30Astaghfirullah.
04:30One should not use this word.
04:34God is one.
04:35And He is God.
04:36He is God.
04:37He is God.
04:38That's it.
04:38Okay, one more caller is with us.
04:39Peace be upon you.
04:41Peace be upon you.
04:42Yes, what is your question?
04:45Sir, I have a son.
04:46Yes.
04:47I am asking about him.
04:48There is a chance for him to go abroad.
04:51Okay.
04:52So, will he go or not?
04:54Brother, this is not a program for Astaghfirullah.
04:57For Astaghfirullah,
04:58we have a proper program after Ramadan.
05:00You can call in that.
05:02One more caller is with us.
05:03Peace be upon you.
05:05Yes, peace be upon you.
05:06Yes, what is your question?
05:08Yes, sir, I am Rizwan speaking from Lahore.
05:10Rizwan, I…
05:11Two days ago, I had asked you about the oath.
05:14Yes.
05:14So, the point is that if someone is told
05:18to swear by their faith and the Holy Quran.
05:21Yes.
05:22That they have been oppressed by you.
05:25Right.
05:26That they have been oppressed.
05:27Okay.
05:28And they say, yes, I swear by my faith
05:30that if I speak the truth,
05:31if I lie, then my faith will be lost.
05:34So, later on, if it is proven that it was not like that,
05:37if it is proven that it was a false oath,
05:39then what is the use of it?
05:40Has faith been lost?
05:41By the way, the answer to this was given in detail.
05:45I remember Mufti Muhammad Suhail Azamzali very well.
05:47But today, Mufti Hassan Niazi will also answer your question.
05:51One more caller is with us.
05:52Peace be upon you.
05:57Come on, brother, let's have a little walk.
05:59Yes, peace be upon you.
06:01What is your question?
06:03Peace be upon you.
06:04Okay, I…
06:05I don't understand what you are saying.
06:09I can't hear you now.
06:11I think it is a network issue.
06:13There is a problem with the line.
06:14Okay, no problem.
06:15One more caller is with us.
06:16Let's have him on the line.
06:17Peace be upon you.
06:22Peace be upon you.
06:25Peace be upon you.
06:27Yes, what is your question?
06:30Peace be upon you.
06:31Yes, what is your question, lady?
06:34Oh, the line dropped.
06:36Okay, one more caller is with us.
06:38Peace be upon you.
06:40Peace be upon you.
06:41Sir, what is your question?
06:42Sir, I want to say that I get angry at small things.
06:49What should I do for that?
06:51Oh, the angry brother.
06:53Okay, no problem.
06:54The questions have accumulated a lot.
06:55Mufti sahib, we have very little time.
06:57You can answer them.
06:58You have four minutes.
07:00One brother asked,
07:02since the last 15-16 years, whenever Ramadan comes,
07:05I feel that my fast is broken, my clothes are ruined.
07:07I get anxieties.
07:08What should I do?
07:10So, dear brother, if you haven't eaten or drunk anything
07:14that causes you to break your fast,
07:16then these are your anxieties.
07:17Throw them away.
07:18When you feel that your clothes are ruined,
07:20and they are not ruined in reality,
07:21then these are your anxieties.
07:23You should not keep these anxieties in your heart.
07:25You should throw them away.
07:25Throw away your anxieties.
07:26Don't keep them in your heart.
07:28And do Istighfar.
07:29And if you read the Mu'awwizatain,
07:31then God willing, you will get rid of your anxieties.
07:32God willing.
07:33And we also pray that may God get rid of your anxieties.
07:35One sister asked,
07:36if you don't have a stick to hold a pumpkin,
07:38does the pumpkin get rotten?
07:39The pumpkin doesn't get rotten.
07:40If you don't have a stick, you can use a pumpkin.
07:44One sister asked,
07:45if you have a little gold, land, and wealth,
07:47but you don't have jewellery with you,
07:49you have it with your in-laws,
07:50and you don't even get rent,
07:51what is the command of Qurbani?
07:53If you become a Sahib-e-Nisab as a result of Qurbani,
07:56then you will be a Qurbani.
07:57If you don't become a Sahib-e-Nisab as a result of Qurbani,
07:59then Qurbani is not obligatory on you.
08:01Absolutely right.
08:02And one brother asked,
08:04if you have pain in your knees,
08:05if you have pain in your legs,
08:06what is the command of Qurbani?
08:06You should say, Ya Salam-u-Ya Allah,
08:08500 times, Ya Salam-u-Ya Allah,
08:10and keep it in your heart.
08:10And read the Durshid,
08:11and God willing, you will be fine.
08:12God willing.
08:13One sister asked,
08:13if your son is sick,
08:15what is the command of Qurbani?
08:16Ya Shafi, Anta Shafi.
08:17Keep it in your heart 500 times,
08:19and by the grace of God, you will be fine.
08:20Right.
08:20One sister asked,
08:21after Fajr and Asr prayers,
08:22can we offer Qadha prayer or not?
08:24After Fajr prayer,
08:26Qadha prayer can be offered.
08:27After Asr prayer,
08:28Qadha prayer can be offered.
08:30But,
08:30no other Nafli prayer can be offered.
08:32Qadha prayer can be offered,
08:34but before the sun rises.
08:36When the sun rises,
08:37and the sun is up,
08:38then it is not permissible to perform Sajeeda.
08:40When the sun rises,
08:42then wait for at least 20 minutes.
08:44At that time, don't offer Qadha prayer.
08:46Before that,
08:47after Fajr prayer,
08:48Qadha prayer can be offered.
08:49Absolutely right.
08:49One brother asked,
08:52I am disabled,
08:53I sit in the washroom,
08:55sometimes the washroom gets wet,
08:57and there is a slight dirt on the clothes,
08:58so what is the order?
08:59Usually, the washrooms used in our homes,
09:01are washed.
09:02The dirt,
09:04the flush or the commode,
09:05goes away at the same time.
09:07The dirt doesn't even come up.
09:08The washroom that gets dirty,
09:10sometimes it gets dirty because of the shoes,
09:12and there is usually no impurity on it.
09:14So, if there is a slight dirt,
09:15then there is nothing to worry about.
09:17If there is no impurity on it,
09:19then the clothes will have to be washed.
09:22If there is no impurity on it,
09:24then there is a need for cleanliness,
09:25that it should be washed.
09:26But the clothes will be clean,
09:28as long as there is no impurity on it.
09:29Another sister asked,
09:30is Zakat obligatory on one tola of gold?
09:32If there is only one tola of gold,
09:34and there is no other item,
09:35which is equal to 52.5 tolas of silver,
09:39then Zakat is not obligatory.
09:40But usually, this doesn't happen.
09:42With one tola of gold,
09:43there is some cash,
09:44or silver, or something else,
09:46which is part of the Zakat.
09:47In this case, you will have to give Zakat
09:49with 52.5 tolas of silver.
09:52By the way, gold is equal to 7.5 tolas of gold.
09:54Another sister asked,
09:55is it possible to apply kohl to one's eyes during fasting?
09:56It is not possible.
09:57Applying medicine to one's eyes,
09:59or anything other than kohl,
10:01is not considered fasting.
10:03Scholars disagree.
10:04Applying kohl is an agreement.
10:06Those scholars who believe that applying medicine
10:07to one's eyes will break one's fast,
10:08they say no to applying kohl.
10:10Those who believe that applying medicine to one's eyes
10:13during fasting is not a problem,
10:14according to them, kohl can be applied.
10:15According to us, it is free.
10:17We give fatwa that applying medicine to one's eyes
10:19does not break one's fast.
10:20So, applying kohl or kohl to one's eyes can be applied.
10:23Another sister asked,
10:26is it possible to fast in the month of Shawwal?
10:28It is not possible.
10:30If you want to fast in the month of Shawwal,
10:32you have to fast separately.
10:33If you want to fast in the month of Nafl,
10:34you have to fast separately.
10:35Another sister asked,
10:36if someone has a little gold,
10:37can he be given Fitrah or not?
10:39If he is eligible for Zakat,
10:41or if he is eligible for Fitrah,
10:42he will be given Nisab.
10:43It is not just about gold.
10:45If he is eligible for Zakat or Fitrah,
10:48he can be given it or not.
10:50Another brother asked,
10:51what is the difference between Hasb-e-Allah and Hasb-un-Allah?
10:54The difference is that Hasb-e-Allah means
10:56Allah is enough for me,
10:57and Hasb-un-Allah means Allah is enough for us.
10:59So, there is a difference between Wahid and Jamah.
11:01There is no other difference.
11:03Another brother asked a question.
11:05Two days ago, he was asked if he had taken an oath
11:08that if he was oppressed,
11:11he would take an oath of his faith.
11:12If I lie, my faith will be lost.
11:14What is the command of this?
11:15This is a blasphemous statement.
11:16You should not say it like this.
11:17If you say it like this, your faith will be lost.
11:19If someone has taken an oath like this,
11:21then he should recite the Kalima-e-Tayyiba
11:22and repent with a sincere heart.
11:23Another sister said,
11:23my husband told me that I am your God,
11:26you should not offer Salat.
11:27My husband said,
11:28God forbid, this is also a blasphemous statement.
11:29Yes, if he said that I am Majaz-e-Khuda,
11:32then this is not a blasphemous statement,
11:34but still it is not permissible to say that God is God.
11:35In our religion, Majaz-e-Khuda is also considered.
11:37No, God is only one and He is the real God.
11:39There is no such thing as Majaz-e-Khuda.
11:41You should not say it like this.
11:41And the wife still has to offer Salat.
11:43Even if her husband forbids her, she has to offer Salat.
11:45It is a matter of distance.
11:46You have to offer Salat.
11:47It will be done.
11:50In the disobedience of God,
11:51the obedience of any creature is not permissible.
11:54So, the obedience of the husband is in its place.
11:55The command of God is in its place.
11:57You have to offer Salat.
11:58Absolutely right, Mufti Hassan Abidin Yazid Sahib.
12:00Thank you very much for answering all the questions.
12:01You answered them very quickly.
12:03May Allah bless you in a short time.
12:06And our next segment is about this.
12:08I am sure that the questions in the next segment
12:10will not be answered by the teams.
12:11This is my belief.
12:13This is my belief.
12:15Based on the results of the last 15 days...
12:19I have told you three times.
12:20You have told me three times.
12:21You have counted them.
12:22Okay, tell me which blindfolded team you are taking today.
12:24Close your eyes and count.
12:25A, B, C.
12:26Which team will you take?
12:27Tell me. Tell me quickly.
12:28Do it quickly.
12:28A.
12:29Team A is yours.
12:30And let's see B and C.
12:31Who will meet you after the break of Qari Sahib and Aamir Bhai.
12:38Niraal Ashaan-e-Ramzaan
