Sheffield Wednesday v Sheffield United: Chris Holt, Joe Crann and Danny Hall with a preview of The Steel City Derby.
Transcript
00:00I do think this one and it's I don't know if that's one of the reasons why
00:03I'm I'm not as apprehensive about this one I just feel like it's I but we'll
00:08see on Sunday but I feel like this could be a better game than the one we saw at
00:12Bramalea because I think that that one was always because of the nature of it
00:15because it had been so long it was always set up to be a 0-0, a 1-0, a 2-1
00:20something like that whereas I think this one you know potentially to somebody's
00:24detriment it could be a lot more open I mean that's a pretty low bar isn't it
00:30Well this is what I was going to say, I mean I was absolutely dreadful in that game
00:36I instantly forget about it, I can't remember anything apart from the goal and that's it
00:42And I'll blast everyone in at 400 miles to come going up to Barry Bannerman's hill
00:48But I mean I can see what you're coming from here
00:52there does seem to be a little bit I mean once you've got off the loose
00:58One thing I do think is interesting, I think Danny Real has got a good point
01:03when he says that Wednesday have kind of achieved their mission for the season
01:10that's not me going this game doesn't mean anything because that's nonsense
01:15everyone knows this game means something but United have still got something very
01:21big to play for whereas Wednesday, there's talk of the playoffs and if Wednesday
01:26could sneak in that would be phenomenal, they've got nine games left it could happen
01:31but that would be a bonus, Wednesday's main priority this season was to stay open
01:36whereas United have got loftier ambitions haven't they
01:40I think there's more jeopardy in United's side, I think that's the way I put it
01:44it's not just about this game for them, there's a chance that they don't get a result
01:48on Sunday and still get promoted, it's not make or break in that sense
01:51but at this stage of the season every game matters so much
01:55Wednesday are looking over their shoulder at half time
01:58I don't forget by the time United walk out on Sunday they've come third
02:02that's added pressure which is why Chris Wilder didn't agree when I asked him
02:06to choose United about it being a missed opportunity because he was saying
02:09or Burnley saying that after they drew or Leeds saying that after they lost
02:13to Portsmouth on Sunday but everything is magnified isn't it
02:16it's not just about what you do anymore, everything is in context of the teams around you
