00:00I'm Bob Hayter, I'm the chairman from the Sona MS Therapy Centre.
00:03Brilliant, tell me what we're doing here today.
00:05So here we've just been celebrating our 40th anniversary, so we've been here 40 years,
00:09and we've just done our fundraising campaign to mark that,
00:12and we're here to sort of celebrate the amount we raised,
00:15which I believe was just over 20,000.
00:17Not quite as much as we wanted, but we did very well, yes.
00:20Brilliant, and I understand you've got a visitor today?
00:23Yes, the Lord Mayor's come to say hello, come to see what we do.
00:27Brilliant, and what's the reaction been like?
00:29He seems to be quite engaged in one of the therapy rooms.
00:34Our manager's looking after him at the moment, yes.
00:37Fabulous, so tell me what goes on here.
00:40So we're providing, basically our main area is this, the oxygen chamber,
00:46where we're providing oxygen at nearly 100%,
00:49and we put them under pressure, which means the body can absorb that a bit better,
00:53and therefore you feel a lot better afterwards.
00:55And we've just been dealing with our primary function
00:58is to deal with the symptoms of living with endometriosis.
01:02Fabulous, and tell me how it feels to have been here for 40 years.
01:07Well, I've only been here three.
01:11Not you personally, but...
01:13Obviously I didn't know it was here until I saw it on the website,
01:18so I came as a volunteer.
01:21It's one of those places tucked away out of, in the middle of,
01:24where you wouldn't expect to see an oxygen chamber for a start,
01:27and it's in a residential area.
01:29So yes, I came here as a volunteer,
01:32and then last year, or the year before I became a trustee,
01:35and then last year I became the chairman.
01:38I'm still an operator on a Tuesday.
