00:00I practice yoga, so at least, ideal at least, is once a week on the weekend, I move my mind by reading, I always love reading since childhood.
00:12And, I apologize for my consequence, the actual reading, the real reading in the book, it's not like that.
00:20But, there's also a practical reason, the doctors said, physiologically, different parts of our brain are reading, different parts are reading.
00:32I think even in practical terms, it makes sense to also keep doing things, some things the old-fashioned way, to keep healthy also in our body.
00:42I try to move my heart by, sometimes I've made up my mind about certain people or situations, and this is why people are always the most important.
00:56And, if I have a person who's close to me who has a different view or feeling of that person or that situation, then I make a conscious decision,
01:08it doesn't always change the relationship or the situation, but it gives me a building block to feel differently about another relationship or about another situation.
01:22So, nothing's ever wasted then in moving, the same thing P6 will tell you.
