00:00just outside Waverley. Oh, this is actually made locally, is it? Yeah. Waverley. And how
00:13many grams is in that then? 200. 200? Yeah. So you've had your taste, which one are you
00:23liking up to now? Well, I'm not a fan of chorizo, but the chorizo cheese is lush, really nice.
00:29I agree. There you go. Do you like chorizo? Yeah. Yeah, I like that with chorizo, but the chorizo
00:36cheese is really nice. Wait till you taste the pigs in blankets. I love pigs in blankets,
00:41but I'm not a fan of the cheese. Oh, you've been popping in and out all day, keep trying them.
00:49I think the, um, what's that one? The Sunday Rose. Yeah, Sunday Rose. I think it's quite spicy.
00:57It's got a kick to it, but I think it's quite nice.
01:03While we're on camera, which one did you like? Which ones did you try?
01:07The chorizo. It was nice. You like the chorizo? Yeah. Thank you. You're welcome.
01:27It's like a killer. And then we've got our own biscuits. Right, rhubarb crumble, ginger
01:34and lemon. Well, they both sound absolutely divine, but I'm a fan of both, so I'm curious.
01:40Well, you're welcome to try both.
01:46Yeah. Do you like them? What you just had? The rhubarb crumble biscuit. Rhubarb crumble,
01:54but it actually does taste like the crumble on rhubarb, on a rhubarb crumble. It's really nice.
02:01And then in here we've got ginger and lemon, which I like both as well.
02:08And the other flavour we've got is a salty caramel and chocolate. You can taste the ginger. I don't
02:14like ginger, so I tried it. I've tried the rhubarb one and I tried the chocolate one.
02:19They're both really nice. Yeah. Really nice. That one's crunchier than that one though.
02:26I don't know if it's been out a while or it's like that because it's looking a little bit
02:29softer. It went out about 11 o'clock actually, so they've only been out an hour. Yeah. I'm going to
02:34try it. I've got to try it. Oh, the rhubarb crumble. What's this one? This is the rhubarb crumble.
02:40Mmm. I wasn't expecting to be on TV today. Yes, that's definitely, that's definitely a
02:48rhubarb crumble. Mmm, isn't it? Lovely. Really nice. And the other one is? Ginger and lemon.
02:54Ginger and lemon. Brilliant. Well, we do see samples every now and then. Oh yeah.
03:02Ginger actually. I saw it on the Hilbrids and obviously Steve was
03:07sending an invitation to come down. Oh, I didn't know anything. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know about the
03:12offence but I didn't know it was a, you're a reporter. I thought I couldn't turn it down.
03:16I thought I'd give it a go. But I'm glad I did. Definitely the rhubarb crumble. And how long
03:23you got this free sampling on for? It's going to be on till about three, four o'clock today.
03:27Right. And how many days a week do you do it? We do it every day. Every day is it? Yeah. So people
03:31come along. Do you vary the samples as well? Yeah, we mix them up and today these are the
03:35options we've got but then we'll pick three cheeses when we run out and chop them up. You
03:40don't do samples on request, do you? No. That's something we can't do. I want to try and make
03:45sure. So there you have it. Samples every day if you want them. So, yes, looks like the mayor's
03:51going to be in here every day sampling. When I started here, I only tried what I could and then
03:58I can tell you and explain what the flavour's like. No, but I think it's really good that you
04:01rather than just take a bun at what you're buying, you can actually sample it. And obviously a lot
04:07of people get interested in our moonshine. And these are samples of normal, are they? Yeah,
04:10this is our sample bar. That's really good. Because we've got little shot glasses,
04:14so we do like a tiny drop for you to try it and then if you like it, you buy it. Moonshine and
04:19beans. Really good. And obviously we've got like mead behind us now. Oh, thanks to Barry getting
04:25this out. Hopefully people come down and... In the summer we are busy, Christmas times,
04:31because we do hampers and all sorts. So good gift ideas. So let's give the public a few facts.
04:41Where's it all made? So it's all made in a farm just outside Wainfleet and then we have the
04:47Limbank farm as well. I can't say about the alcohol because I don't know myself. Well,
04:53yeah, but we're all about local cheeses. And we've got our own chutneys as well,
04:57that's made at Wainfleet. Pickled onions, we've got the funny comedy beers and the funny names
05:04on the pickled onions. And I believe, whether you still do it or not, we've actually got a
05:09jolly cheese as well, have we? We don't do it anymore. Don't do it anymore, but you did do.
05:13We did do. Yeah, they did a jolly fisherman cheese. Most people's got one. So yeah,
05:21if they don't do a cheese that you want, put a request in. You never know.
05:24You never know because we've got some wonderful different flavours.
05:28So there you have it. Chuckling cheese. I will be taking a matured cheese and
05:32probably stick his hand with me. That's Chuckling Cheese, Hildred Centre, locally made.
