00:00What are the initiatives that the Institute is carrying out, both in a specific view and
00:06in the context of gender violence?
00:07The issue of training, of course, at the Institute is particularly broad and interests all activities
00:12of the Institute.
00:13Today, specifically, we have talked about inclusion with respect to the issue of disability and
00:20the issue of violence, let's say, in contrast to gender violence.
00:24What are the initiatives that the Institute is carrying out, both in a specific view or
00:31in the context of a seminar or a course, in order to train its staff, to keep it systematically
00:38updated, not only from a technical and operational point of view, but from a cultural and social
00:45point of view, that is, the value of training in a broader sense.
00:51I would like to start by saying that, as we have seen before my intervention, the intervention
00:58of communication, we have already talked about how we address the fragile user, the weak
01:04user.
01:05In order to be able to do this, we must have a specific professional competence that can
01:11interact with situations of fragility, of weakness, and not create further disparities,
01:17especially with the citizen.
01:19In addition, clearly, all this can be done, and can always be done better, only by creating
01:24work environments, as inclusive as possible, that take into account the respect for growth
01:30and systematic changes with respect to the issue of culture.
01:35That is, there is never anything static, so the training must be systematically updated
01:42with respect to what are social changes, to the new needs, to the new pathologies that
01:47emerge, to the new or enhanced issues related to violence against women, which has many
01:57aspects, which is not only a physical violence, but it is a capacity of women's protection
02:02with respect to their integration into the world of work, to their role in the family,
02:12to their role in the moment when they have to return to the world of work after suffering
02:17serious pathologies, to the relationship with their children, to the social services that
02:22exist or do not exist.
02:23Therefore, all these aspects must be the subject of extensive training to always have innovative
02:28and coherent elements with the world in which we operate.
