00:11On the eve of our edition of this Wednesday, Morocco is still breaking records in the tourism field.
00:17Over the first two months of the year, arrivals at border posts reached 2.7 million,
00:24a growth of 24% compared to the same period of the previous year.
00:29According to the Ministry of Tourism, there are 521,000 additional arrivals compared to the same period of 2024.
00:38For the only month of February, arrivals at border posts reached 1.4 million, a 22% annual increase.
00:47This dynamic, according to the Ministry of Tourism, is carried out as much by foreign tourists at an increase of 18%
00:54than by Moroccans living abroad who have progressed by 26%.
00:59In Morocco, the aggregate income of companies listed on the Casablanca stock exchange has increased by 6% in 2024,

01:14According to Tijari Global Research, these achievements are registered in a globally favorable context,
01:21marked in particular by the deceleration of inflation to 0.9% on average,
01:26the maintenance of an accommodating monetary policy and the dynamic of investment in Morocco.
01:32In this context, 11 sectors listed, representing 66% of the market capitalization,
01:39showed an increase in their annual turnover in 2024.
01:43These are among other industries, ports, mines and banks.
01:47On the other hand, two sectors listed, representing 13% of the global capitalization,
01:52experienced a drop in their sales, namely energy with 5.2% and agriculture with 1%.
02:02Internationally, Russian agricultural exports to African countries have increased by 19% in 2024,
02:09totaling $7 billion.
02:12According to the Federal Center for Agricultural Export Development,
02:16national food products have been delivered to 45 countries on the continent.
02:22Egypt retains its position as the first buyer.
02:25Russian agricultural exports to this country have increased by 21% in value last year.
02:32Countries such as Libya, Kenya and Tunisia also have a good place in terms of Russian agricultural deliveries.
02:39According to the same source, the basis of Russian agricultural exports to Africa
02:44are cereals, namely wheat, barley and corn,
02:47which together represent 87% of the value of food deliveries on the continent.
