Former President Rodrigo Duterte was read his Miranda Rights by CIDG Chief Police Major General Nicolas Torre III.

Duterte was arrested based on an ICC warrant for alleged crimes against humanity upon his arrival in the Philippines from Hong Kong this morning, March 11, 2025.
