Violence Erupts in Mau After India’s Champions Trophy Win, 40 Named in FIR, 13 Arrested

Both communities have filed complaints, with the Hindu side alleging premeditated attacks, while the Muslim side claims provocation. Despite the unrest, police have now brought the situation under control. Meanwhile, celebrations in Madhya Pradesh’s Dewas also turned chaotic, but prompt police intervention prevented further escalation.
