शहर में एक बात सामान्य रूप से सुनने को मिलती है, बिलोना हमै कठै रिया...। अब कोई बिलोना करता भी कोई नहीं है। विलुप्त से हो गए बिलोने के दही व छाछ को लाटाड़ा गांव की रहने वाली भावना प्रजापत ने नए रूप में पेश किया। पिछले करीब दस साल से काम कर रही महज दसवीं पास भावना अब जेठानी रतन व भतीजी पूजा के साथ मिलकर बिलाेने की लस्सी व छाछ से साल के दो से ढाई लाख रुपए तक कमा लेती है। उनको लस्सी व छाछ के लिए ऑर्डर मुम्बई, अहमदाबाद, वडोदरा, उदयपुर, अंकलेश्वर सहित देश के कई क्षेत्रों से मिल रहे है। ऑर्डर अधिक होने पर वे अन्य 20-25 महिलाओं को भी अब रोजगार देने लगी है।
