A supreme court jury have been taken to an isolated beach where a young woman was murdered in far north Queensland. 24-year-old Toyah Cordingley was walking her dog in broad daylight when she was killed six years ago north of Cairns. Rajwinder Singh has pleaded not guilty.

01:12she had not seen or spoken to her husband in six years

01:18She told the court Singh left their family home in Innisfail,
01:22carrying only a little handbag, and said he would be back the next day.
01:27It would be four years before he was extradited back to Australia
01:31and charged with Miss Cordingley's murder.
