00:00We have 167 malasakit centers and you have your own malasakit center in your provincial hospital.
00:08We visited Governor Johan last month in your hospital.
00:14If you have a patient who can't operate there, if you need to bring him to Manila,
00:19I will help as much as I can.
00:22I will also take care of your patient as long as I can.
00:27Second, Superhealth Center.
00:30What is a Superhealth Center? It's a medium type of a polyclinic.
00:34That's it.
00:36That's where you will get consulted.
00:38That's why I said that Superhealth Centers should get accredited in the Consulta Program
00:44because all Filipinos are members of PhilHealth.
00:49And the consultation registration is still very small.
00:55Only 27 million out of 115 million Filipinos will register.
01:02There is no one-four yet.
01:04That's why I'm talking to PhilHealth to ask for an information drive.
01:08One day, someone approached me.
01:10He was my captain.
01:13He said, how can I register in PhilHealth?
01:17I'm talking to PhilHealth.
01:19Can you give me your information drive?
01:22Can you give me your ID?
01:24Even if it's just a simple ID, I will validate it.
01:27We have a show and campaign for Filipinos.
01:32It's very simple. It's very common sense.
01:34Just give me your ID so I can show the patient.
01:38Whenever they get sick, they know where they are going.
01:42That's what I'm talking about.
01:44Now, let me go back to the Superhealth Centers.
01:46There are Superhealth Centers that are going to be built in the whole Philippines.
01:50There are more than 700 Superhealth Centers that are going to be built in the whole Philippines.
01:55Including 10 in the province of Aklan.
02:04Kalibo, Boracay, Ibahay, Malete, Baga, Batan, Malay, Navas, New Washington, and San Lucia.
02:19Those are 10 Superhealth Centers.
02:21When the time comes, let's build more.
02:25Let's bring the medical services to our countrymen.
02:28Let's bring the medical services to our countrymen.
02:32Take a look at this.
02:34You know how beautiful Aklan is.
02:37Tourists are there.
02:39When there is tourism, there is work, there is income, there is food for our countrymen.
02:48Boracay is an island.
02:52I just want to tell you, I'm so happy.
02:54I visited Boracay last week.
02:57I was invited by the leader of Boracay.
03:01Boracay is so beautiful now.
03:03The drainage system was bad before.
03:06There was smell, there was flood, there was mud.
03:09Now, it's all good.
03:11It was a bit tough because of the political will of the President Duterte.
03:14He closed it for a while.
03:16But now, Boracay has become better.
03:20And you are the ones who will benefit from this.
03:22Our countrymen in Aklan.
03:25Aklan is an island.
03:27There should be super health centers and hospitals there.
03:30So that we can respond quickly.
03:32We should pay attention to this.
03:35Because most of our countrymen have no jobs.
03:39They are so poor.
03:41They are thinking.
03:42They are lonely.
03:44How can we educate our children?
03:46How can we live?
03:48That is our problem.
03:50We don't have a livelihood.
03:52That is our problem.
03:54We really need to have a law.
03:57A strong law.
03:59For us to have a livelihood for our countrymen.
04:04Just like what you bought.
04:07Rice.
04:08Food.
04:09You said it will be 20 pesos for a kilo of rice.
04:14Did you buy it?
04:17Did you have it?
04:19Food.
04:21Rice.
04:22Fish.
04:23480 pesos for a kilo.
04:26How many people are there?
04:29One mother.
04:31Three or four children.
04:34500 pesos.
04:36I will go to the market.
04:38I will buy it.
04:39What is he thinking?
04:40He is looking at the prices.
04:42500 pesos.
04:44He is looking.
04:45He will buy it.
04:46And he will make sure that he has enough money to give to his children.
04:55Will you allow this to happen to our lives?
05:01I can't take it anymore.
05:03I will punch him in the heart.
05:06Just like what I said.
05:07If you want my life, I will give it to you.
05:10Just give me a chance.
05:13I will not take it.
05:16The third question.
05:18We are always saying that the future of our country is in the hands of the youth.
05:25That is true.
05:27That is true.
05:29But what if we will leave their needs to their school?
05:36To their education?
05:39To private schools?
05:44To their books?
05:46To their notebooks?
05:48To their school supplies?
05:53Especially to their matriculation exams.
05:57To public schools?
06:00We have a lot of teachers.
06:03That is true.
06:05But what about their class buildings?
06:09What about their schools?
06:12There is a shortage.
06:14In a single school, there are 80 to 90 students.
06:21Some of them have to go to school early.
06:24Some of them have to go to school late.
06:26Some of them have to get up in the afternoon.
06:28At 6 in the morning, the class starts.
06:31At 12 noon, the class ends.
06:33In the afternoon, from 1 in the afternoon to 6 in the evening,
06:37what will they learn if they will get up and sit in the classroom?
06:45If I will pray to the Lord,
06:50with the help of my countrymen,
06:52with the help of you,
06:54if possible,
06:58I will increase the funding for education.
07:03We need our children.
07:07We need to increase the funding for public schools.
