00:00What's going on everyone, it's Anna Polivier in the kitchen of the Wynn Stadium, the winning
00:07stadium of the Hawks this Saturday, they're definitely going to win, everyone's talking
00:11about it and I know that you know that they're going to win as well. Either way, we are celebrating
00:16International Women's Day, there's a thousand women in the stadium, sold out of it, I've
00:21got phone calls endless asking for tickets and unfortunately you cannot see them anymore,
00:26but what we've got is a beautiful collection of mini desserts, petite ones, we've got purple
00:32macarons, they're for seats and the reason for that is it's International Women's Day
00:36and we do require to have the colour purple on anyone's top or in the mountain that is
00:42going to have the macaron. Over here is coffee and biscuit, so we've got the espresso caramel,
00:48we've got a roasted milk chocolate mousse, we've got milk chocolate, we've got biscuit
00:52there in different textures, Michaela's doing fondant flowers over there and can I say she's
00:59a local as well everyone, yes I know she's a local, so she has to be part of the team
01:03and I'm going to go with our macarons and over here is my Anna Polivier trays, so at
01:09the end of the day I'm giving out ice cream sandwiches and I've kept it as a limit of
01:15500 only. And most importantly, happy International Women's Day, it's a day of celebration about
01:21empowering women and celebrating their success and disforming interests, for the young girls
01:26and older women, it's important. Happy International Women's Day.
