00:00A big year is awaiting for our Esports National Team in Cebu

00:05due to the upcoming big competitions that they will host.

00:15After being happy with the silver medal finish at the 2024 IESF World Esports Championship,

00:22the Philippine Esports Organization or PESO decided to continue the selection process

00:27that they are doing in recruiting players to represent the national team.

00:32This is in spite of their fans' passion, especially those who follow Mobile Legends,

00:38who automatically become PH representatives,

00:41the champions of the MPL Philippines that was held every year.

00:45According to PESO Executive Director Marlon Marcelo,

00:48they are still continuing the usual selection process

00:51where those who want to join the national team will go through the tryouts.

00:55In addition, this is a big help for the players who will go through the tryouts and represent the country.

01:02This will also give the players a chance to enter the C-Bowl.

01:09You still need to follow through with the tryouts.

01:13It does not mean that you are the best in the Philippines.

01:22Why you need to tryout?

01:24Of course, those who are at the top, those who win different MPLs are already seeded.

01:36You must be able to still join the qualifiers and do the tryouts.

01:41If you don't tryout, your slot will go to someone else.
