Two teenagers have been arrested after a viral video showed a chair being launched from a third-floor balcony at Stratford Westfield, narrowly missing shoppers on Saturday.Police said a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after a “heavy seat” was thrown from the shopping centre’s third floor.Footage of the incident, which has been viewed more than eight million times, appeared to show a youth dropping the blue chair from a height, and was captioned: “No way bro almost killed someone.”The video, filmed on Snapchat and uploaded to TikTok, appeared to show a second person saying, “there’s no way this guy’s doing this, oh my God”, before the chair narrowly missed a shopper below.
