‘Amihan’ gradually weakens, affecting only a portion of N. Luzon — PAGASA

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday, March 2 said the northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” is gradually weakening and is now only affecting parts of Northern Luzon.
