Tiffany Wedekind, 47, who has the rare Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome, says ageing is a "privilege" despite her condition making her age ten times faster than normal.

Diagnosed at 31, she has already outlived most with the disease, which typically proves fatal in the teens.

Though she has lost her hair and teeth and will need heart surgery, Tiffany embraces life, running businesses, practicing yoga, and prioritising health.

After losing her brother Chad to the same condition in 2011, she says she now lives with purpose, focusing on positivity and inspiring others to appreciate life.
