A man in his 40s smashed an electric car with a pole in Bristol in a bizarre protest against Elon Musk.
Onlookers filmed him attacking the £44,950 Polestar vehicle on February 24, despite it having no connection to Musk or Tesla.
Before the attack, he displayed a homemade sign demanding Musk pay "seven a trillion dollars" to a Polish charity.
Avon and Somerset Police arrested him on suspicion of criminal damage, arson, and possessing an offensive weapon.
A local resident, who called police, said he initially mistook the disturbance for fireworks. Officers are appealing for witnesses.
