00:22This 20-year-old man was arrested by the police.

00:27Because of a rape case against a 13-year-old woman in Baras, Rizal.

00:32The accused was arrested on the basis of an arrest warrant

00:36filed in Barangay San Jose, Antipolos City.

00:39According to the police, in October of last year,

00:42there was a rape case against the victim.

00:44The man invited the victim to sleep in his house.

00:48The child slept in the suspect's house.

00:52And that's where the rape happened.

00:55And the next morning, the child reported it to his parents.

00:59And that's when the suspect filed the case.

01:03The accused admitted that the victim raped him three times.

01:07But he did not force it.

01:09They have a one-month relationship with the victim, whom he met online.

01:13She's my girlfriend. She knows that she likes him.

01:19Her parents did not know that her grandmother was raped.

01:22She lived with us for a week.

01:29According to the police, the accused was previously jailed

01:32for child abuse and rape cases in Baras, Rizal.
