00:00The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, or TESDA,

00:04has approved the training and education they are providing

00:08to the workers who are working under their programs.

00:12According to TESDA Deputy Director General Nelly Deliera,

00:16through their TESDA Best A Point Agenda,

00:19they will be able to use it for those who have finished their training in the right industry.

00:25This is Access to Technical Vocational Education and Training.

00:29Behavioral Mindset, Competency Standards, Demand and Data Driven,

00:34Employability, Flexible Learning, Global Competitiveness, and Harmonization.

00:39Through this, the agency will be able to assure that their programs and training

00:44will be used and recognized not only by local industries, but also outside the country.

00:51For 2025, TESDA will focus on their Enterprise-Based Education

00:57that President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. added,

01:00a target to help those in senior high school become the ones in the workforce.

01:05The other government agencies are happy with this.

01:08The mission to accomplish this year,

01:10actually we have two years, but just this year,

01:13we hope that we can increase the number of Enterprise Implementers.

01:19From the 200 that we have right now,

01:21we hope to double the number of Enterprise Implementers.

01:25And of course, our learners, we hope that you will look at this as an opportunity

01:31to better improve yourselves in terms of skills for higher employability.
