00:10According to Australian and British media reports on Tuesday, Ocean Infinity's deep
00:14water support vessel, Armata 7806, arrived about 1,500 kilometres off the coast of Perth
00:22over the weekend.
00:23The Telegraph reported that autonomous underwater vehicles from the US and UK-based exploration
00:29company have been deployed and have begun scanning the ocean floor.
00:34Australia's Nine News stated that the search will span 15,000 square kilometres over six
00:39weeks, focusing on high-priority areas where debris from the missing Boeing 777 may be
00:45located.
00:46In December, Transport Minister Anthony Loke confirmed that Ocean Infinity would conduct
00:51the search under a no-find, no-fee agreement, meaning the Malaysian government will not
00:57bear any costs unless wreckage is found.
01:00If successful, the company is seeking a US$70m payment, the same offer it made in 2018.
01:08Flight MH370 departed from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, KLIA for Beijing, with 227 passengers
