00:07She's not just famous for her singing and dancing,

00:11but also for her acting.

00:12What are the secrets of her co-stars in the season 3 of The White Lotus?

00:24Welcome to The White Lotus in Thailand, Kath.

00:27I talked to the global superstar, Lalisa Manobal in Bangkok, Thailand,

00:32for her acting debut in the hit series,

00:35The White Lotus Season 3 on Max.

00:38Her role here is a wellness coach

00:40who is a childhood friend of Thai actor Tame Taptintong.

00:45It's obvious that they're close because of their off-screen bonding.

00:50We did make efforts off-set to get to know each other better

00:55so authentically by doing lunch and dinners and stuff together

00:59and some activities on the weekends and stuff like that.

01:03It's more like something more like natural.

01:06It's just like after our shoot, we're just like,

01:09hey, you know, let's do dinner together or just lunch together.

01:13According to Tame, she has a lot of fun with Lisa.

01:17She has that aura about her, you know.

01:20Like on set, I had to be told by Mike White sometimes in some scenes,

01:25Tame, this is not, you know, this scene, you don't need to smile so much.

01:30You know, can you smile a little less?

01:31When it comes to acting, even though it's Lisa's acting debut,

01:35her co-stars were immediately impressed.

01:38Yeah, we never felt like she had any problems with acting.

01:42It's just sometimes she'll be like,

01:44oh, I'm just a little nervous and we're just like, oh, it's okay.

01:46It's fine. You're going to do fine.

01:49Everybody just, you know, trying to support me as much as they can

01:52and they just make me feel so, so like comfortable on set.

01:56So it's just more easy for me to just, you know,

02:00just act it out and no pressure, no anything.

02:04In Thailand, she did the whole season three of the series.

02:08For me, it was like the food and like just the views

02:12and like the way of getting around the island, you know.

02:15It was really cool.

02:17Sometimes we'd like rent little scooters and go around.

02:22It's like a nice island feel.

02:24I feel like the Thai food.

02:28The White Lotus Season 3 is now on Max.
