भागलपुर, बिहार: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भागलपुर में विकास परियोजनाओं का शुभारंभ किया और पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि की 19वीं किस्त जारी की। इस अवसर पर आयोजित जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए पीएम ने कांग्रेस और आरजेडी पर जमकर बरसे। उन्होंने कहा, "जब ये कांग्रेस वाले, जंगलराज वाले सरकार में थे तो इन लोगों ने खेती का कुल जितना बजट रखा था, उससे कई गुना ज्यादा पैसा तो हम सीधे किसानों के बैंक खातों में भेज चुके हैं। ये काम कोई भ्रष्टाचारी नहीं कर सकता। ये काम वही सरकार कर सकती है जो किसान कल्याण के लिए समर्पित हो। कांग्रेस हो या जंगलराज वाले हों, इनके लिए किसानों की तकलीफ कोई मायने नहीं रखती...।"
