Mineral Deal With Ukraine Not Far Off, Says Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump says he is close to a deal with Ukraine's President Volodomyr Zelenskyy over his country's mineral wealth, while European leaders seek to use what leverage they have to be part of negotiations to end the war in Ukraine on the eve of the third anniversary since Russia's full-scale invasion.
