00:00The Philippine Financial Action Task Force or FATF has officially removed the Philippines from the gray list of countries that are being monitored due to money laundering.
00:10This proves the country's adherence to strict regulations against money laundering.
00:17Because of this, international financial transactions are expected to be faster and cheaper, especially for OFWs.
00:25This will also strengthen the confidence of investors who are ahead in the Philippines.
00:31President Marcos Jr. played a major role in this success by signing Executive Order No. 33
00:40and other directives to ensure the rapid implementation of the country's reforms.
00:46Officials of the government approved the decision of the FATF.
