01:31They were brought to the DSWD in Bahay Kanlungan before being taken to the Pasig Prosecutor's Office for inquest proceedings.
01:39They were not criminally liable.
01:42But they were liable to civil charges.
01:45But even so, they will undergo an intervention program with the help of the DSWD.
01:51They can still be punished, especially if the crime is serious.
01:54But they will have to wait until they reach the age of 18 before the court will decide
01:59if they will be given their due sentence or they will have to wait until they reach the age of 21.
