00:00Meanwhile, a Taguig City car repair shop is a front for a bigger business of extended storage or parkings for smuggled high-end wheels.
00:07Bureau of Customs agents seized at least 44 luxury cars collectively,
00:11pegged at over 900 million pesos with at least 30% taxes due,

00:23The Bureau of Customs or BOC seized 44 luxury vehicles stored in a car repair shop in Taguig City,
00:31including Ferraris, Porsches, and Rolls-Royces.
00:33According to the Customs Bureau, the total estimated market value of these vehicles is 900 million pesos,
00:39and the estimated unpaid tax is 300 million to 400 million pesos.
00:43Customs suspected that these luxury cars are owned by POG bosses or POG operators,
00:48and some are owned by foreigners who only listed some Filipinos whom they know to pose as owners.

02:02Failure to do so will result in charges under the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
02:07Meanwhile, the storage facility has been sealed and formal inventory will be conducted by Customs examiners
