00:24And also the security guarantees are something that are necessary for any of those agreements
00:29to be effective, as most of the minerals that we're talking about are either right now controlled
00:35by Russia, the occupied territories, or really close to them.
00:38So again, I think the real conversation here is that, well, we're ready to give opportunities
00:45for U.S. businesses, but we really want to see what are the security guarantees, the
00:49real ones that U.S. is willing to provide for Ukraine against another Putin aggression.
