00:09We're ranked so they rank the top 40 countries in the world.

00:12We're ranked number 40th, but we're ranked number one in one department costs per pupil.

00:18So we spend more per pupil than any other country in the world.

00:22But we're ranked number 40.

00:23We've been between 38 and 40.

00:25The last time I looked, it was 38.

00:27And then I looked two days ago, it came out the new list.

00:30It came out at number 40.

00:31So we're ranked 40.

00:33Norway, Denmark, Sweden, I hate to say it, China, as big as it is, it's ranked in the

00:39top five.

00:41And that's our that's a primary competitor.

00:44We're ranked number 40.

00:46So if we're ranked number 40, that means something's really wrong.
