00:00I mean I think it's definitely something that players are aware of again I think
00:04as an England player we're probably quite fortunate our FA protects us
00:09really well as best as they can whether that's on social media or in person as
00:14well similarly at the clubs that we're all at but it's definitely something
00:19that we're aware of as players as female players I guess that's the you know the
00:24pitfall in the growth of the women's game is that although we we get bigger
00:28and we celebrate more we have more fans and that's amazing there's obviously
00:32negative sides to it and that this happens to be that but I think I've
00:36obviously played in different countries as well where I've been living on my own
00:40again that's something that I've been aware of in those different countries
00:44even when I'm being back in England but like I said I think you have to just be
00:49smart about it you have to take the right precautions whether that's on
00:52social media whether that's protecting like your data in terms of I don't know
00:57where we stay and things like that but like I said I think the players nowadays
01:02are more educated on the safety that you have to be aware of what that looks like
01:06who you can reach out to get help from yeah to take all the precautions and to
01:11be in the right place that you should be
