09:07But instead Kevin grabbed his sister and put her in a chokehold when the police arrived more than 10 minutes later

09:17Deputies say she was still in the chokehold when they arrived on scene in
09:222019 Kevin was found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appealed the conviction but in
