USC Trojans’ Lincoln Riley Addresses Momentum, Excitement Of New Staff

00:00You know, this is, they see the opportunity here.

00:03They see the momentum here.

00:05And that's why we've been able to assemble that staff

00:08along with, again, just tremendous support

00:10from Jen and everybody on the administrative side.

00:13And it's made a big difference.

00:14I mean, you can feel it, the excitement,

00:17and within our walls as a staff,

00:20bringing in this quality of people,

00:23the difference that it's gonna make in our program

00:25is certainly gonna be felt and really already being felt.

00:29And I think it's also, you know,

00:32again, another vote of confidence

00:34in terms of where this program is headed

00:36to see these people join on with us,

00:37to see the investment by the university.

00:40And pairing with that, we're really,

00:43we've set some very aggressive goals from an NIL standpoint

00:46that our administration is heading up.

00:49And, you know, we really, you know,

00:51we wanna certainly continue to encourage

00:53all the great Trojans out there

00:55to continue to support that initiative,

00:57because just like, you know,

00:59hiring some of these great coaches we've been able to hire,

01:01hiring this personnel staff, investing,

01:03doing all the things that we're doing

01:05to keep this program accelerating,

01:06that's gonna continue to be another big part.

01:09And we're counting on all the Trojans to step up

01:12and do their part there.

01:13And as always, it's very much appreciated.

01:17As last thing I wanna address here on the staffing part,

01:21two kind of reassignments within our staff.

01:25So Dave Emmerich obviously is transitioning

01:27out of the general manager role to the senior associate.
