00:00In the recent years, as a business, we have diversified in our external business,

00:08which is non-airline business significantly.

00:11We have an aggressive target toward external market,

00:16and this is including all the business streams that falls within Emirates Flight Catering,

00:21including the food service supplies that we currently do

00:26to major quick service restaurants in UAE and also in the region.

00:32We have expansion plans as well toward UAE and GCC,

00:38with focus on our key products such as cold cuts, bakery items, and frozen meals.

00:47In addition to the recent developed sources that we do,

00:53especially or tailored to our client needs,

00:59again, related to consumer trends as well.

01:03So in the recent years, as I said, the business has diversified

01:07from an airline caterer to catering to major multi-day events,

01:14as an example, supplying quick service restaurants with altered menus,

01:23recipes to support their operation as well.

01:27We recently also relaunched our e-commerce business,

01:31which is a food platform that we operate in.

01:34We have introduced a new product range toward a platform

01:41where we've seen that there is a huge trend from consumers in these items, as an example.

01:50In terms of our expansion plans, we have an expansion plans for the next five years

01:58with focus on our food service businesses, the laundry businesses, and events businesses.

02:07We want to capture more major, I would say, multi-day events,

02:14such as sports events, large corporate events, and large government events as well.

02:20We are in progress or in close discussion with major event organizers in the country,

02:29where we are looking at collaborating in terms of being a sole caterer to their major events.
