00:24game. You can get the puck and a half with Finland at minus 154 there. Of
00:30course the nightcap, United States and Canada just after 8 o'clock, although if
00:36it's like last night I guess it's more like 8.30. Pick of minus 110 both ways
00:41and a big six and a half for the total and actually I'll start there. That's
00:46what jumps out at me first and I did this on the NHL Today show
00:51earlier, Scotty. I think that's way too much. I think that this is gonna be a
00:56high-intensity, close to the vest type of game. 2-1, 3-2. I think six and a half.

01:10heavy for United States and Canada. So you're going under the six and a half in
01:17that war and I gotta tell you I think it's gonna be hard to beat them in the
01:25Bell Center in that atmosphere Saturday night. I just think that the whole world
01:30is against them and they've got a serious edge with that crowd and playing
01:36in their homeland. I just think they're gonna be hard to beat. Obviously I want
01:41the USA to win the game but I think the better bet is Canada and I'll tell you
01:46one thing. What is the line on getting the goal and a half?
01:50You're telling me I can get a goal and a half? Yeah, I mean that's heavy. The goal and a half with
01:55United States is minus 280 because it's so thick. I think the bet is for me and you know you
02:04may be right. So far all I've seen is overs so but now you gotta get seven
02:10goals. Before I needed six goals and I hit both of them. I hit overs in both
02:15games. The Sweden game with Canada and then the USA-Finland it went over as
02:20well. I've hit both overs so I'd love to see an over. I'd love to see an over Canada-US.
02:29I'd love to see 4-3. I'm gonna go for it. I'm gonna go over and I'm gonna go
02:34and I think the best bet is Canada but God forbid I bet on Canada. So I
02:42got a bet on the US and the over. God forbid. I think Canada is the better bet
02:46though at home in the Bell Center. I think they'll get the crowd and I bet
02:52they get a power player to edge. You see that's what what worries me you know how
02:57what kind of whistle is this game gonna have because if this is a game where
03:01there's gonna be a lot of power plays then the six and a half doesn't have a
03:04shot you know if there if there's gonna because those two power plays are both
03:08so lethal with the United States and Canada. So I only have a shot there. I
03:13think that under plays more to the United States winning. I think if this
03:17game's a track meet like you said Canada will win if this game's a track
03:21meet and they're going up and down the ice. I think United States has to grind
03:24this game a little more. They have the better goaltender. I think it's a game
03:28where they need to play to the under and the United States can win and I think
03:32Let me be clear. I think that Canada is the better bet at minus 110 and the over
03:39for me. I want USA so I'm stupid enough to bet USA in the over but I think the
03:45smart bet is Canada in Montreal at the Bell Center getting a power play in the
03:52third period and winning that game. I can see it and then hopefully what I'm what
03:59I'm like digesting here is the fact that you've convinced me that at some
04:04level it could be USA Canada in the final next week in Boston. That's what I
04:08want and that's the one that's gonna matter and that's the one I'll bet on
04:12the USA for sure. I'm stupid enough to bet on him tomorrow but I honestly I'm
04:16giving you the audience on sports grid. I think the better bet is Canada in this
04:21first game. At home I think they're the play but I'm stupid enough to go the
04:27other way in both games because I hate him and you know what sucks is my my guy
04:33Crosby is on Canada and I have to hate him too for you know a couple days and
04:39then I'll get back to loving him.
