00:20So all these things are definitely important to ensure that their immunity is optimized.
00:27In addition to all that, it's extremely important to take this opportunity to teach them about
00:32hand hygiene and the importance of hygiene etiquette.
00:37So washing their hands frequently, trying to avoid touching their faces with their hands,
00:43and also to know the etiquette of how to sneeze, to use a tissue or to use your elbow.
00:52So every house is different and every individual, or let's say every child, has a unique personality.
00:57So understanding what they like can really make a difference.
01:02For instance, they can reward them the more they wash their hands.
01:06They can have a timetable of how many hands I wash.
01:08There can be like a small competition in the house between the siblings.
01:12There could be like a song when they're washing their hand, they're singing it.
01:16They can be watching a clip, maybe a dance.
01:21There are different things that they can follow.
01:22So it really depends on the personality of the child.
